The adventure is wonderful.... It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to paraglide off the Alps in Switzerland.... It is a very personal boutique business... so be patient with them getting back to you. They showed up as planned at the pick up spot and was able to bring us to a destination that worked beautifully. Highly recumbent this.

Pick another company!
This guy made it way too complicated and ended up changing the price, he charged more than it shows.
He took them out to a farm fields, 30km out.
Then left the guys to find their way back to Lucerne via train.
None of this was okay
Shady business, move along…

What an absolutely thrilling adventure with CAP Paragliding in Lucerne! From the start, communication was top-notch—our pilot explained everything with so much energy and clarity that it built the excitement even more. The briefing before takeoff made us feel confident, and the actual launch was such a rush—it felt effortless and exhilarating at the same time! Landing was just as smooth, with clear instructions that made it all feel easy and fun.
One of the best surprises was getting extra time at the waterfall. Soaring above the roaring water and pausing there for photos was beyond breathtaking—the views were unreal and the pictures turned out incredible.
This wasn’t just a flight, it was an adventure I’ll never forget. If you’re in Lucerne and want the ultimate mix of adrenaline, freedom, and epic views, CAP Paragliding is the way to go!

It is a great experience and the pilot is very professionell. However, it is important to note, that travel to the mountain is not included in the price.

If you want to do these go direct to the gliding company! More options and cheaper.
Viator doesn't give enough detail specifics about the experience you are buying.
It was a 10min flight not 2hrs as advertised.
The gliding company picks the flight spot.
I had to travel 40mins south of lucerne to fly then 50mins back again into town.
Now the experience was excellent, other than not being long enough.
Toni my pilot was exceptional and a wealth of vibrance and information!

Wonderful experience and we would do it again, even a higher altitude. Toni and Jan were great pilots. Took great care of us. There are other costs not displayed in Viator such as transportation to the mountain, cable car to the launch site, and photography.

My wife and I had a great experience paragliding and we had no issues with communication from our guides! They told us the night before which train we needed to take to meet them, and then they brought us back to that same train station. The mountain we were originally supposed to paraglide off of was over an hour wait so they brought us to a different one. The listing also says that the cable ride is not included in the price so I was expecting to pay for it. We had a great time!

paragliding with tony was great. we booked last minute and got a whatsapp message from tony at about 10pm the night before with meeting directions and time. we met across the street from the train station in front of gleis 1 and tony was there on time to pick us up. once we got in the car he made it clear that the car ride, cable ride, and pictures would all be an extra expense. we felt super safe the whole paragliding trip and really enjoyed our experience. the car ride was 30chf pp and the pictures were 50chf per glider.

We signed our daughter up for this experience. She LOVED IT and had a great experience. Said Toni was great as an instructor and even let her steer the parachute once or twice. Even though I am giving 5 stars, I am also warning others that there were other charges involved outside of the bill via Viator. You have to pay for the train up and maybe even the train back (he had said she would need to but then that changed in the end). They also did pics and a small video which she paid for as well because, well, it is probably a once in a lifetime experience. Also, I had messaged the tour operator WEEKS in advance as we wanted to come and watch somewhere - the ground, the flight point and place in between and there was absolutely no communication until the night before. As foreign travelers, this was not ample time for us to figure out a “car” to get there. I was very disappointed that we were unable to watch. I hope that they can give ample time to future “watchers” so they can figure out how to get them to come along - or even come up with a service for this, lets say $50 to come and watch via personal car. NO - I DID not want to paraglide myself. I am terribly afraid of heights and can’t even zip line. I wish I wasn’t, but I am. Regardless, she loved it and that is what mattered.

Marius and Sebastian were magnificent and we would recommend CAP skydiving. They even took my husband who was slightly over the recommended weight. Be flexible on getting to and from the flying point as they are a small outfit and try to help out where they can. The flying was great and we even did a few tumbles and turns. Videos ended up pretty good too.

This is the BEST thing I have ever done! I am 58 with a knee replacement and was a bit worried about take off and landing. Marius made me feel instantly at ease. Neither was a problem and the flight was exhilarating! Thank you for an adventure of a life time Marius!

The experience was excellent. The communication was terrible. I sent several emails asking about meeting point, number of people and times. None were answered. At the last minute an email was sent and the pick up point is not as depicted on the app. We lost an hour of our time in Luzern on each end because of this change. I sent several email about the number of people coming. They showed up with a van that only had 2 seat and could not accommodate all 3 of us. The pilot said he had no communications about the several emails I sent. Expect to have to take a train from Luzern an hour before the advertised time to get to the pickup point. Do not expect two way communications from the company. If you change anything or have any questions do not expect to get answers. COMMUNICATION WAS AWFUL! For this reason I would not use this company again.

I’m not going to lie … I was a nervous wreck before doing this. We met Marius at the meeting point and he immediately made me feel comfortable and that I was in capable hands! The experience was exhilarating and I loved every minute!!
Take note that the lift up the mountain is 20CHF per person and that you should wear appropriate footwear (hiking boots). You land softly in a grassy and dirty field so your boots will get dirty.
IT IS DEFINITELY THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!! DON’T MISS IT!! ❤️

I weigh 220 pounds, 6 feet tall and am 72 years of age and felt totally comfortable with the instruction I received and my pilots ability to offer a safe end enjoyable experience. The scenery was awesome and the flight exceeded my expectations. My only disappointment was the driver did not return us to our pick up point but instead dropped us off at a train station that cost us additional time and funds. This is not what was advertised. Luckily the experience far exceeded this small bump in the road.

While the paragliding experience itself was quite enjoyable, it was tainted by not only being much shorter than expect at approximately 5 minutes but also with surprise additional charges. These included the pilot charging a fee for transport from the meeting site to launch site as well as a lift fee to get up the mountain for launch. These fees were not noted on the Viator website as far as I recall.

Thank you very much for your opinion. When the passenger makes his reservation he is informed of what is included in said reservation. The transport from the meeting point to the Flight Spot and the cable car are additional, the photography and video service is optional.👍🇨🇭🪂

Great experience for the family. Did not realize the cost of transportation and cable car was extra but looking back it is stated not included(cost is 140 CHF for family of 4). That being said owner and guides were awesome! Spectacular views. Highly recommend!
