This was by far the best looking boat out there.. it is double deck there's snacks in a drink that comes with it and or you can purchase more snacks and drinks if you'd like.. the activities on the boat were fabulous this is 10 times better than the experience I thought I was going to get

Total Rip-Off From Viator/Trip Advisor

We paid $35 per person. When we got to the departure location, the company was advertising it for 295,000 Kip ($13.57) per person. I knew there would be a price difference, but triple is a total rip off price gouging. You can go to Sa Sa Sunset Cruise yourself, and not get ripped off. Screw Viator!!! Never will use them again.

Tour itself fine. Viator not delivering.

The booking said tour starts at 1730. Boat left at 1700. You did not provide a meeting location. Only a geographical latitude, longitude. There was no guide, even though indicated. I expect a partial refund of HK$250.

Hi Sir, We have already sent the meeting point, meeting time and the location on maps along the name of the cruise well in advance. Our Captain, Manager and rest of the crew onboard were at your disposal so we are quite not sure what went wrong for you (we have not included a guide on Viator). Also the meeting time is 5.00 PM while the boat is always leaving at 5.30 PM (as you can see on the booking confirmation). Anyway we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you!
