It certainly was enjoyable. Able to do a couple different experiences in the time allotted. It was fun listening to others as they did their experiences as well, from the scared scream to the giggles and laughter. A fun time was had by all.

Paid $90 for my daughter and I to play some games… what a waist of money. We were there with another party & we were basically ignored. We were new to virtual reality and pretty much had to figure it out on our own. The staff was attentive to the party of 4 and ignored someone my daughter and I. 15 minutes on I gave up because I literally had no idea what I was doing. I was u see the impression that the process would be explained to me and it wasn’t. Totally ruined the evening with my daughter as this was a surprise for her and I really wanted to join her in some fun! Unfortunately this was a disaster. The controller has several different buttons and each game utilizes different buttons and as we guessed which button was to be used it kept exiting the app. So we had to wait for the game to restart. Again the staff wasn’t to much assistance because he catered to the other party.

It is disappointing to hear that you were not given the proper guidance and assistance during your visit, especially since it was a special evening with your daughter. Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, and it seems that we fell short in this instance. We understand that virtual reality can be overwhelming, especially for first-time users, and we should have done a better job of explaining the process to you. We take all customer feedback seriously, and will take steps to ensure that our staff is better trained in helping new customers navigate the virtual reality experience, and to ensure that every customer receive a high-quality service.

Service is amateur, it’s better if you buy your own set for $300.

Honestly, as cool eye catching as the environment in the place was, the VR was alright. What bothered us is the service was halfassed and not fun in assisting our experience. It’s as if we came to their rooms and they HAVE to share their VR headset. For the price, definitely not worth it. Plus BOTH our left controllers were acting up a lot, and they weren’t helping. They told us to raise our left arm up and it will fix, no surprise that it kept acting up and not working.

It’s so much fun me and my girlfriend came from Salinas, we found this place and it awesome my girlfriend loved it and she normally not a gaming person and we played for hours
