Avoid At All Cost

This was by far the worst tour my husband and I have ever been on -- an extremely unfortunate experience. They requested a over 2 hour time change 2 days before (after our schedule and tickets for other excursions were already booked), but we were able to find a way to make it work. Turns out they were one of those vendors hassling pedestrians on the street asking them to ride in a luxury car (another flag, which if I would have known this prior to booking online, I never would have booked). It took another 25 minutes until we were on the road, and we had a hard 2.5 hour cutoff by when we had to be back, which was now limited to 2 hours due to their delays. Then the "tour guide", a nephew of the manager who has only been in the states for a few months, made one wrong turn after another (we missed multiple celebrity houses that clearly showed on their ipad (which the manager deemed the main resource of our tour), and after 5 mistakes, he ended up completely turning off the ipad and just started driving, in silence, for a good 20 minutes, while talking about how expensive it is to live here (even after we had to correct his navigation 3 times because the ipad kept telling him he was going the wrong way). We spent over 3/4 of the entire "tour" with no tour whatsoever, did not hit half of the spots purchased and part of the itinerary, and learned absolutely nothing. It was a terrible waste of over $300 and would not recommend it to anyone. Please, stay far away and book with a larger, established tour group. We had hoped to see the Greystone Park, Sunset Blvd, Melrose Ave, Beverly, Wilshire, etc. We saw nothing other than him pointing out the driveway of past celebrity home owners. Wasted precious hours on the very limited time we had. Would never recommend this on our worst enemy.
