For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals area of Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR). After clearing Immigration and Customs, exit through the main glass doors and look for the red Shalom Travel logo. Your driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. We monitor your flight in real time, so your pickup time will be adjusted if your flight is delayed. Once you meet your driver, you will be escorted to your private, air-conditioned vehicle for a comfortable transfer to Hotel Riu Guanacaste or Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica. For return transfers, your driver will pick you up at the main lobby of Hotel Riu Guanacaste or Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica at the scheduled time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your pickup time.
