Overview
Increase your chances of seeing the Northern Lights while in Lapland by joining a night tour. You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Levi and taken to a cozy camp on the shores of a lake. Don the provided warm outfit (if temperatures drop to 5°F/-15°C or below) and get comfy with a hot drink and snacks as you look out for the colors of the Aurora Borealis.

This was a great experience thanks to our tour guide Adrian, he was very friendly and outgoing, showed us the places with best visibility, we cooked marshmallows and hot dogs, lots of laughs and good times and we were lucky at the end to have the skies clear and give us the aurora borealis sighting. For being our first time, this was incredible to experience after so much cloudy forecast.
Would highly recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic time. Our guide, Alex (so sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!) was great. He was very knowledgeable of the area and had great stories to tell about the area and what we were doing. He was also wonderful dealing with our inquisitive kids. The campfire site and wooded area we went for the tour was a great way to see what Lapland is really like outside the cities. Also, cooking salmon over an open fire is a must see/do/eat. Unfortunately we didn't get to see the lights, but the whole experience was amazing. Would recommend this tour if you're headed to Levi!

Basically sat round a fire talking, roasted marshmallows and sausages.
We did feed the reindeers which was fun but that is all.
Obviously it was not the guides fault there was no lights to see but the trip itself was not worth the money.

Unfortunately, did not see the northern lights. Tour guide Adrian was very good. The food could have been better. Just sausage and marshmallows. The snowmobile sleigh ride was a great bonus.

Merci pour votre avis. Nous recommandons toujours de bien se couvrir pour profiter pleinement de l’expérience, car les nuits hivernales en Laponie peuvent être très froides. Bien que nous ne puissions pas contrôler les nuages, nous faisons de notre mieux pour offrir une soirée mémorable avec un cadre magnifique au bord du lac, un feu de camp chaleureux et un pique-nique réconfortant. Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même apprécié la magie de la nature lapone, et peut-être que la prochaine fois, les aurores boréales seront au rendez-vous pour vous!
