The Gran Tour should have a warning label for cruise ship passengers stating it is prohibited due to the length of time of the tour. It rained the entire tour and the national park was closed for the day. The pick up point was hard to find.

Great way of spending the day while seeing highlights of Lanzarote. Convenient pick up, interesting and entertaining guide, reliable and confident driver. Diverse programme, no time to be bored. Lot of places for great photos, also camel ride was awesome. All you can eat buffet lunch for very reasonable price was good.

Really enjoyed this trip. It was a long day but really worth it. The volcano and national park was breathtaking. The tour guide was brilliant as was the driver. Buffet lunch stop, with wine on the table all for €12. I’d advise you bring a bottle of water with you for the journey and some euros for the camel stop, there’s a little bar/coffee shop there that is cash only. Had a great time!

The tour had its moments, but overall, it didn’t feel like great value for money. The start was frustratingly slow—our bus picked us up at 9:05 in Arrecife, a short 20-minute ride to Yaiza, but then we had to wait until 10:40 for the rest of the group. That’s over an hour of wasted time before anything really began.
The actual tour covered just three main sights: El Golfo (25 minutes), Timanfaya National Park (about an hour, but you can’t leave the bus during the volcano route), and Jameos del Agua. These were impressive, but the rest of the itinerary felt more like a tourist trap. A camel ride (extra cost), a lunch stop that wasn’t really necessary, and a brief visit to a winery—all of which took up nearly half the day and felt like distractions rather than highlights.
Meanwhile, major attractions were either rushed or skipped. Teguise’s historical center was just driven through at speed, Lagomar Museum wasn’t included at all (which was a surprise), and we passed by Los Roferos without stopping, even though it would have been easy to include.
Overall, it was an okay day out, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the itinerary could have been much better structured to provide more value. If you’re expecting a deep dive into Lanzarote’s best sights, this might not be the tour for you.

From start to almost finish this trip is a shambles. Firstly, the pick up place was inaccurate, only properly advised after I had contacted the agent thinking we'd missed the bus. A lovely lady advised me that the pick up point was somewhere else and as it wasn't due until an hour after the stated time we'd get it. An hour wrong and the wrong place. When we eventually were collected, the whole pick up.process and switching people to different buses was disorganised chaos.
The trip venues are boring and could be done in 3 hours total with little between stops to have coffee, buy wine or lunch (which is a poor buffet where you are piled in like school dinners).
The information is limited and by the time he goes through all the languages you've missed the item discussed.
The only thing worth seeing is Jameos del Agua. Do yourself a favour and miss the rest. Just do that.
It's a wasted day of your holiday.

The tour was excellent. The downside was 1.5 hrs of pickups only 30 mins at Green lagoon, needed 45. Needed 1 hr for lunch not 40mins. Guide and driver were superb

The lava tunnel at Jameos del agua was stunning (if a little busy) and the drive through Timanfaya Natural Park spectacular. Our guide was Paul and he was humorous and informative. The coach was comfortable but pretty full so if I had been at a later pick up I might not have been able to get a window seat - much preferred when travelling alone. There were a large number of pickups and drop offs and it took ages for the tour to begin. There was also a lot of waiting if you didn't want to do the camel ride, and I found it annoying that our lunch stop gave us the choice of just one restaurant and there were no other places nearby. But, as a way of seeing most parts of the island and getting an overview quickly, this was a good bet. I am just much keener on small groups, but couldn't find a suitable one before booking.

The last stop cave house mirror max was really impressive.
The 1 hour 30 min pick up journey to finally be dropped of to join our tour coach was not great...Air con leaking water all over the seats...tour rep Ronald didn't seem to care.
I will say his knowledge was Very good of the island so we did really enjoy the trip

The best way to see the most beautiful parts of island. Had a few stops which we haven’t expected and the views were incredible. The driver stopped while going through the national park for people to take pictures.

Is a excellent experience and there is a lot of extraordinary things to see, done again after 16 years.
But our experience was shadow by the tour gide Antonio who was rude to all the members of the group in good few times, rushing around and threatening that if we are not in time we are going to be left behind,to the always keep quiet mention like we were in school tour.
So excellent tour to be done, but try to avoid Antonio as a gide of the tour.

I was sat at the back of the bus when we got on (wheel seat) and I was becoming nauseated (simple motion sickness when sitting way on the back or wheel) so my husband asked our tour guide Ivet could she ask if someone would be able to swap seats with us and her response was absolutely dismissive and unprofessional "everyone wants to change their seat and I can't do anything about it" My husband suggested we don't want to make anyone do anything and that we just wanted her to ask the bus if anyone would be able to do that. She didn't want to and said "you can do it" and my husband then had to ask the bus by using the microphone himself. The bus was half Spanish speaking and half English speaking and we only speak English but luckily two people offered to swap. The tour guide didn't come to ask me how I was feeling and then basically ignored us all day as she could tell she'd made a mistake in not at least trying to help someone who was feeling sick on her tour. How unprofessional! We had a tour guide the day before and many different times around the world and things happen and guides were always more attentive and helpful, simple compassionate.
She didn't keep the timing right so this tour took 1,5h more than it should have and we stopped twice unnecessarily for 20min.
there are certain skills to being a tour guide, not only knowledge of the places but handle the situation and make sure everyone is as safe and comfortable as possible.
Wine tasting stop was a waste of time with no information about the vineyard, etc.
The final stop was Jameos del Aqua and we were so late bar/restaurant and gift shop were closed.

Michael the tour guide was hilarious, and so informative. Every piece of information he shared was interesting and useful and usually filled with humor and some fun facts.
Even the lunch Buffet was surprisingly good.
Also, Luciano the bus driver was awesome and super friendly.
We loved it and we definitely recommend it!

Fantastic tour of the whole island visiting all of the key sites on the island.Pick up was late and a bit confusing with so many people going from the same location on different tours,but once this tour commenced all was fine.The included lunch was a buffet and was average quality.The guide we had was very good

A nice relaxed tour of the island. Our tour guide was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Lunch stop could have been 10 minutes longer and last stop 10 minutes shorter.

I was fascinated by the places we visited, but did not spend a long enough time at each due to late start. The late start was blamed on the marathon, but plenty of buses, including one from the local provider stopped at my hotel. I got contradicting information about the pick-up.
The tour was in Spanish, German and English. The Spanish information seemed much longer than the other two languages.

The volcano national park is beautiful.
The tour was informative but 2 stops too many.
Do not be fooled by the toilet ploy on the 1st stop, it was implied there were minimal toilets on the tour so we should use them at this coffee stop at the fee of €1. There are toilets at each stop most of them free.

Michael was great guide in terms of information and experience i.e. providing entertaining stories and instructing us on what, how and why.
Charlie is skilled driver who took us on amazing blood-freezing road trip across Timanfaya National Park when we had a crater tour.
