Fantastic Tour with Zaiem our excellent guide who ensured the trip exceeded all expectations. We were met at the Cruise Terminal entrance and whisked away for a full day private island tour. Starting with the Cable Car trip, we were fast tracked through the queue and ascended to the top for amazing views of the island. We then went for a tour around the island stopping for the private speedboat tour of the mangroves which again exceeded all expectations and included a nice lunch. We were a group of 4 friends and thoroughly enjoyed our day with Zaiem who was an excellent and knowledgeable English speaking driver / guide. Highly recommend this tour and excellent VFM.

We enjoyed the day except there were some things went on eg upselling going on -quad bike riding , which at 67 I really didn’t want!
Our day was spoiled as the boat driver at the mangroves didn’t understand English, we asked not to go to the floating restaurant but got taken anyway. (This was via open sea which my friend wasn’t comfortable with. )
The restaurant seemed to understand our food allergies there, which was why we didn’t want to eat , then we both got food poisoning. Which impacted on our next day , missing a trip to James Bond island in Phuket
Costing us £120 each .
We probably should have just refused to get out at the restaurant!
Limited time 1 hour at the skywalk, no where near enough time, and the ticket bought for us , with no consultation didn’t include the glass way walk which cost us an extra £10 once we were up there.
If we hadn’t been taken to an unplanned waterfall for quad bike upsell at the beginning of the day we would have had more time at the sky walk .
Yes I did ask for a refund as I feel hygiene standards at the floating restaurant were very poor for us both to get food poisoning
If you book this insist firmly on what exactly you want to do !

Langkawi was such a wonderful surprise. Beautiful island. Clean a little traffic. This tour was expensive but we thought worth it in order to be totally private. We had stops at the eagle and a nice waterfall in addition to the boat ride and cable car. The boat ride is really fun and beautiful. The lunch is at the fish farm. Perfectly adequate but definitely a bit rustic and we were nervous about eating anything not fully cooked or consuming anything with ice. Cable car setup is pretty incredible. Infrastructure is impressive. The oriental village is at the base of the cable car. Lovely and clean. We loved this island and found it far nicer than Bali. Fatin was our guide and she was informative and delightful.

My tour started with our guide picking us up from the hotel. The guide isn't really a guide but just a driver that drives to both sites. Upon entering the car we were immediately asked if we wanted to do any activities, essentially an opportunity for them to make some commission on the side. There was no introduction.
The guide did not accompany us during any of the activities nor provide any insight into Langkawi.
The boat tour was pleasant but we had a mishap as our guide never provided any communication regarding which boat we would take back after lunch. They had apparently changed boats but our "guide" was unaware.
The skycab provided great views of the island.
Essentially all these activities could be purchased separately whereby one could take a grab ride ride to both sites. This would result in savings.

It was an amazing experience. The guide was excellent and guided us at all the activities. ATV ride was a good experience. We had very smooth entry for Langkawi sky cab as it was well coordinated by our guide who got our tickets. The lunch served was very good in taste cooked in local style. Boat tour was very informative as well as exciting.Overall my family enjoyed the trip.

The experience was great our driver was very friendly and gave us lots of advise and knowledge of the local area.
We didn’t have lunch as we arrived at the floating restaurant at 11 which was too early for lunch.
The boat trip, cable car and glass bridge are all excellent. Highly recommend. I prefer private tours as some of the boats looked quite full.

A nice expirenca, good boat tour and nice food in the restaurant. We were a little sceptical of the restaurant first but the food was actually good. The skybridge is also nice.
The transport vehicle was not that great (car type) and a little old and beaten down, otherwise 5 star. Also they tried upselling with very expensive ATV tour, which was in total 3 times more expensive then what you can find online.

Apparently we only hired a driver, not a guide. He hardly muttered a word to us and told us nothing about his country nor the sights we were to see. We were pretty disappointed with the entire experience.

Great boat trip to the mangroves. Fun boat ride. Trip to Skybridge was hectic. Busy place, more hiking than expected. Needed to cut our visit a little short due to the que to get down.

Amazing boat tour through the Mangrove, siting many wild life in their natural habitats. Nice lunch on the floating restaurant with local fish and produce served. Afternoon taken up by cable car to the Sky Bridge, amazing views on the way up, sadly a low cloud arrived to hamper the views from the top. However a fabulous day tour.

Our tour guide Abu was amazing! We were worried we’d need extra cash on hand so he took us to exchange currency ahead of time which was helpful. Payment for all attractions was included, but it was great to have extra just in case! Abu was very friendly and knowledgeable about so many different things. We definitely walked away with more knowledge of Langkawi. The tour started with the mangrove adventure and this didn’t disappoint. Our boat guide was funny and made sure we had enough time to record videos and take pictures. We were able to see Eagles, Monkeys, and Bats. The lunch on the floating restaurant was also great! (Traditional Malaysian chicken and vegetables dish, with rice, and finally a freshly caught and grilled fish. Following the Mangrove tour, we rode the cable car and walked the sky bridge. Once again, all attractions were included in the overall package, so we didn’t have to wait for anything! Even though it was a Saturday, there weren’t too many tourists so we could spend enough time getting private and group photos. We ended the trip with a little souvenir shopping and a visit to the 3D museum. Overall a very solid way to spend a day in Langkawi. Abu also offered to take us to more activities such as ATVs, but we were satisfied with the original contents of the tour. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Cable car and sky bridge was fantastic but the waiting for sky bridge was very long and the tour operator did not factor in the waiting period or did not tell us before hand that there would be waiting for so long. Also thr ticket to the Eagle's Nest Skywalk was not included in the package and we had to buy the tickets separately. The tour operator should include that as well. Mangrove Private Boat tour was amazing with a good lunch on the floating restaurant. The boat driver Isa was wonderful.

Great tour to see the nature and travel the entire island of Langkawi in a day. We went on the mangrove boat tour in the morning and the Sky bridge experience in the afternoon which we would recommend. Originally the attractions were switched because the sky walk was closed until noon for maintenance on the day of our tour. You should take local currency on this experience for tipping, restrooms and entrance fee to the bar cave on the mangrove tour.

Take this tour to enjoy the long, scenic ride up and down the mountain with a midway scenic stop. We also enjoyed the best boat tour of this type that we have ever. Monkeys and eagles were plentiful and easy to see unlike many other boat tours where you seek but do not find. Our driver and the boat pilot were friendly and informative. They clearly enjoyed their jobs.
Because I am older and walk with a cane, we were unable to access the skybridge because of the many steps down and back up to and from it but that did not take away from our enjoyment of the experience.

Very enjoyable experience marred by feeling totally ripped off. The website for reasons unknown quoted the price in US Dollars when I was expecting Malaysian ringgits meaning the cost of this 5 hour experience has been more than our stay in a 5 star hotel for 3 nights. Be very careful when booking. Customer service less than helpful and gave the impression of not giving a toss.

What a great way to see so many important sites of Langkawi! Our driver, Rayshidi, and our river pilot, Isa, could not have been more kind. We saw coastline, a beautiful bay, monkeys, the tr and skybridge, and finished off with a fascinating two-hour cruise through the banyons, seeing more monkeys, a tour of a small fishery (where we saw a stingray and barracuda, etc.) red river AND sea eagles (!!), bats, a monitor, and lots of stunning scenery. Finished up with a delicious lunch on a floating restaurant. Everything was handled for us by our guides—including extra water! They navigated the tickets and lines for us, so we weren’t wandering around “like lost tourists.” So. Much. Fun.

The tour was customized so we could experience 2 things in 1 day which our cruise ship excursion desk did not offer. The guide was friendly and always ready to help my friend who used a rollator-walker if long distances were involved.

The sites are very nice, however our driver/guide was not very helpful. At the end of each activity we had to call him, or meet him in the car. Sometimes finding the car was not easy, like in the parking lot of the cable car.
The restaurant where we were taken was not a floating restaurant. It was a very poor place on a beach.

Abu was the best guide we could have asked for. Excellent hotel pick up and transportation to each of the activities. He arranged the day based on our preferences. He had a ton of knowledge on each of activities and send us into the activities understanding what we needed to know. The cable cars were amazing but the mangrove tour might have been my favorite part. All of the sights from the boat were amazing. Feeding the monkeys from the boat was a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed our tour in Langkawi and our driver/tour guide, Fatin, was wonderful! We only had the one day in Langkawi, since we were on a cruise, and this itinerary was great for a full day of sight-seeing. It started with a stop at Eagle Square for some pictures of the iconic eagle. Fatin then whisked us away to our private Mangrove longtail boat tour in Kilim Geopark. Our boat driver, Jack, was great. He told us about the indigenous eagles and the impacts of COVID/tourism on the populations. We were happy to hear that the park limits the number of boats that can feed the eagles to help them maintain good hunting and foraging behaviors, and a few boats were feeding them so we got a great show of their flying and swooping down. We didn't realize that the Bat Cave portion of the tour was a little extra, but we didn't have any Ringgits on us. Jack spotted us the cash and we were able to pay him back with USD (along with a grateful tip). We saw lots of monkeys frolicking, playing, and cleaning on the boat tour - Jack kept the boat close to get a good look and some great pictures. The mangrove tour ended with lunch on a floating restaurant. The food was delicious and the fish was so fresh!
Fatin then drove us to the Cable Car, Sky Bridge and Oriental Village. There were lots of shops, and we bought a few hats for each of us. The tour included a glass-bottom gondola cable car, which was very cool and also pretty much guaranteed that we would get a gondola to ourselves. When you get to the top platform, you can either stand in line for a little train to get to the sky bridge or walk about .5 mile paved path. We opted to walk it, but it was steep (both up and down) so not for the faint of heart. It was a cloudy day but the rain stayed away until after we finished on the sky bridge - lucky us! Fatin had given us a time to meet back at the parking area once we were done; it was plenty of time, in fact more than enough for us, so we messaged her on What's App to let her know that we would be about 30 min earlier than expected. She showed up right at the earlier time.
Fatin really was lovely. She was fun to talk to, she told us a lot about Langkawi, Malaysia in general, and talked about life - and she played awesome music in the car! The itinerary was wonderful, but Fatin was a big reason that it was such a great day.

Overall this tour was good, the boat was clean and the driver/guide were both helpful and organized.
However, the tour operator told us that lunch was included, but the lunch provided did not meet expectations at all. The normal lunch they gave was boiled rice and badly cooked chicken. Additionally, we notified the tour operator that we had two vegetarians in the party. The vegetarian meal they provided was plain boiled rice and three slices of cucumber.
Also, if you are considering doing this tour, note that the line for the sky bridge can be VERY long because you need to take a mini tram to it that can only hold about 15 people at a time, and there is only one tram that goes back and forth. Would only suggest doing the sky bridge if you have ~2 hours to spare.
