Azi was great from pick up at the hotel to his passion and explanation of the Mangrove and all the conservation efforts that are in place. The tour was amazing, fun and so interesting. This was our last full day in Langkawi, and it couldn't have ended any better, I would highly recommend this tour and booking with Azi as you guide if you can.

Really enjoyed the kayaking inside mangrove forest. Enjoyed the serenity, sound of winds and birds while going through the mangrove. We saw a snake and crab, and a family of otters around the floating restaurant. The guide Wafiq was kind and knowledgeable. I could feel his genuine passion for nature and Wildlife. It was one of my highlights of Langkawi stay!

Lots of fun but not for beginners. Navigating waterways was difficult at times. Beautiful scenery but pace was a little too fast.

This tour is an absolute must. The tour started of as part of a larger group which included a visit to the Kelawar cave to see the bats and learn a little more about the geo forest. From there we traveled to a floating fish farm and restaurant and had the opportunity feed the stingrays.
From here we set off on our kayak with our guide. Our guide was great and had a lot of knowledge about the geo forest. Also he was really encouraging as we had not been kayaking in many years and allowed us to get our bearing and take it slow and set the pace. The best bit of the tour was entering the geo forest. The surroundings were amazing and so tranquil. We also did some kayaking in open water where we saw eagle wing fed. The tour ended with lunch at the floating restaurant which was excellent. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We had a fantastic Tour with our guide One. They came to pick us to the hotel, and then we left to visit the bat cave. After that we did the kayak and the guide had a huge patience with us, because my partner had never done kayaking.

Be prepared to be well looked after from pick-up to drop off and enjoy every minute. Kayaking through the mangroves is so peaceful, the scenery is spellbinding and topped off with the flash of kingfishers.

We went on this trip on Christmas Day and had a great time. The tour guide, Dee, was exceptional and is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the Mangroves, her positivity and happiness really made the trip!
No problems with the pick up from our hotel.
The lunch was basic but tasty and they accommodate to individual needs.
Highly recommended.

A very enjoyable tour regardless of kayak experience. Our tour guide was friendly and explained everything. Beautiful scenery and saw monkeys, otters and eagles. Would recommend to wear quick dry clothing.

The kayaking tour was a great experience to get up & close inside the mangroves. The guide made it a fun and informative trip as well. Remember to pack extra clothes and a towel even if you're not planning on swimming as we got soaked during a down downpour.

The tour was very well organised. The driver picked us up from the hotel and even kept us updated via text message.
When we arrived we were greeted by our fantastic guides who immediately made us feel very comfortable. We then boarded a boat which took us to the bat caves. The information the guide gave us was very detailed and delivered in a very funny way. Next stop was the floating restaurant from where we boarded the kayaks after a quick briefing. The tour took us through some of the beautiful parts of the mangrove forest and we even saw lot of different species. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very fun with lots of stops for explanations. We then finished at the floating restaurant where we had lunch. They even considered various dietary restrictions.
Overall it was a fantastic experience we can recommend to everyone. It’s suitable for beginners of average fitness. Do make sure to bring sunscreen and insect repellent!

This tour was engaging, interesting and exciting with how much you get to see. The tour guides are incredibly funny and entertaining with their jokes and limericks. We saw a wide range of Malaysia’s animals and managed to spot a viper and dolphins as the guide took us deep into the mangroves. The only con to this tour is the lunch served at the end: the chicken fried rice isn’t fresh/lacks flavour and the tom yum soup had too much of a fishy flavour. Despite this, me and my husband highly recommend this tour and it is one of the best things to do in Langkawi!

Our tour guide “Sham” was great, so friendly & funny. We really enjoyed our tour with him. Highly recommended.
One small drawback: the driver that picked us up kept talking religion the whole way till we reached our guide.

If you are a nature lover, this tour will give you the most direct first-person experience. We saw and we felt the mangrove forest ecosystem. Our guide Sham did his best to make it interesting and informative, but also smooth, funny and with a personal touch.
Very easy-going and organized, starting from initial communication, pick-up, the tour itself, lunch and return.
No mosquitoes, acceptable sun and humidity, most of the time in the shade. Some basic physical fitness needed.

The mangrove tour was really fun. We saw lots of animals and luckily we were in a small group because some of the kayaking got challenging. The tour is closer to 5 hours long so be aware of that when booking

Such a fantastic trip, much better than initially expected. Fawzan our guide was great. He was entertaining, funny and very knowledgeable about the mangroves. Compared to the boat trip, you get to really get up close with the nature. The kayaking was fun and Fawzan explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend this trip to any one visiting Langkawi.

Sham was a great tour guide! Instructions were clear. The lake and mangroves are beautiful with the mountain back drops. Seeing the many eagles diving from the sky was a treat! Food was good and plentiful.

The fact that the tour is by kayak and not by boat makes a bit difference. We were able to go into the little channels and really enjoy the mangroves. Our tour guide was also amazing, huan was fantastic. Knowledgeable, funny and made the tour really enjoyable

So fun and we had a really great tour guide, Sham! We had a surprise accident but he handled it well, and still made the experience fun and memorable. The tour came with lunch, some local tour at the fish farm and also the bat cave nearby. Definitely recommend! Don’t forget to wear a hat and wear lots of sunscreen!

It was an amazing experience. Me and my wife booked the tour on our first day on Langkawi. We were picked up from our hotel and brought to the meeting point at the mangroves. Special thanks to our guide. His humorous and informative explanations helped us learn much about Langkawi and the nature there. We kajacked throuh narrow mangrove water paths wich was total fun. A very satisfying experience, which we would repeat and recomment to anyone staying on Langkawi.

This was a fantastic tour through the bat caves and kayaking through the mangroves where we saw eagles and vipers. Fawzan is one of the best tour guides we have ever had, so knowledgeable and full of stories. I would recommend this tour to anyone. My only regret is that we didn't give Fawzan a generous til due to a miscommunication between my partner and I but I hope people do as he really goes above and beyond! We also enjoyed the hotel transfer at the start and end.

The tour guides Sharm and Frozen were very informative, lively and friendly. Because the river was going to be low during the day, which would have made it hard to kayak, Sharm decided to take us kayaking earlier to allow to see every route through the mangroves. Both guides took the time to learn our names and they looked out for our wellbeing throughout the day. Although my sister and I were basically beginners with the kayaks, it was not too difficult to get a hang off, if a little tiring. The guidance we received helped alot. It rained very heavily on the day but our tour was not cancelled, we continued kayaking in the forest with the rain all around us and it was amazing. The food provided for lunch was also very nice.

A great day out kayaking in the mangroves.
Hotel pick up and drop off was provided, with good communication. Start the tour with s trip out to a fish farm and from there you get your kayak and start the mangrove tour.
The kayaking is straight forward, requires s bit of effort in the Ed channels to get into the mangroves, but once inside is more about control than effort to navigate through the pathways.
We saw snakes and eagles on our tour as bd our guide was great at explaining everything and looking after everyone.
The tour finishes with lunch at s restaurant at the fish farm and as final stop at s cave where we encountered monkeys and bats.
A great way to spend a day in nature.
