Guillermo was wonderful and the vehicle perfect. Guillermo was helpful, kind, professional and the vehicle perfect. Would love him and the vehicle for next trip to Barcelona. Great live experience but on-line experience is very antiquated . You really cannot complete your reservation correctly without chatting or speaking to a live agent. Also the discount offers for additional services never works which is very frustrating. Really hop you can upgrade the on line services despite how pleasant the live agents are.
