We had a wonderful experience with our guide. Justin knew so much history and shared so many fun stories. He kept the energy high the entire time. I am so glad we didn’t try driving the Road to Hāna on our own! Justin was an excellent driver and even gave us additional tips on what to do for the remainder of our trip. It was amazing!

We booked this trip as a party of 10. Our tour guide was Justin and I can’t recommend him enough! He took us all around the road to Hāna, he was incredibly knowledgeable and a great vibe the entire trip. He was super flexible and helpful. We stopped at many places and had the best experience.

Our tour guide, Christy, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, personable, awesome! She was great with our kids(ages 8-15). Pick up and drop off was perfect. A little pricey but definitely worth it! Disappointed that part of the Road to Hana was closed due to mudslides but nobody's fault. Overall a great experience. Thank you for a great experience Christy!

Drive it yourself and use the GuideAlong app save yourself the possibility of having an emergency and not getting refunded or the date you need your tour on. The operator complained that because my wife got violently ill and we tried to reschedule that we cost his driver “a working mother of 3” her income but refused to pay her out of the $1,300 plus he kept from me for a tour he never gave. I also offered to pay her directly along with him keeping my money but he refused that as well. He also exploited the Lahaina fires along with many other lame excuses. Yes it’s clear no refunds, yes he offered to take us on a 10 hour road trip the day before we get on a plane for 10 hours but believe me emergencies happen and you will be out your money unless you bend over to his unreasonable demands. He had availability on the days we requested to replace the day we missed but refused to put us on those tours for who knows what reason. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a rip off company who won’t work with its clients. Don’t use them for anything. Honestly you can do the Road to Hana on your own and have a better time without question.

Kristie Jo was wonderful, we had such a good time, Kristie was very informative and very knowledgeable of the island and the history of it. She took her time and showed us all the great scenery, plants, trees and flowers. On the Road to Hana, which is very narrow and curved, she was a very good driver! My Mother and I really enjoyed meeting her and enjoyed her company for the day. When we go back will definitely ask for her to be our tour guide again!

Being able to enjoy the tris with friends, beautiful trip. Justin really took care of us. We are a little older and is was easy for us to get around. Would definitely do it again.

Our tour guide Malia was wonderful! She told us so many great stories about Hawaiin culture, history, and families along the way to Hana. She was wonderful pointing out so many interesting sites. We also had two of our family along that had more difficulty walking and she was so considerate about making sure to drop them off close, letting them know about walking restocked etc. she was so great!! Mahalo!!

Words can't describe how amazing this tour was. From pickup to drop off, time flew! It is a long day so be prepared for that but Heavenly made it enjoyable from start to finish for our 7 year old nephew as well as our senior parents. Highly recommended tour and ask for Heavenly to be your guide. She truly made us feel like we were part of her ohana (family).

We took the road to Hana trip with Polly. She was amazing! She knew so much about the tour, the places we visited and the culture. We saw waterfalls and even swam in one. The car was comfortable and good conversation the whole way. If you do a private tour like we did ask for Polly! Avoid family fights and let someone else drive who knows what they are doing!

Please please book this tour, and ask for Lepa! She is going to make your tour 10x better. She is a local, super knowledgeable, funny, and warm. This queen has some real charm and character. We laughed so much in her company and also Learned lots about the culture and the vegetation. We had 2 kids with us, she was sweet and patient with them. The road trip has been my favorite experience out of all the places we have traveled. The sights are spectacular! The black sand beach please get your feet in the water and feel it. Not enough words to thank Lepa, and this tour. We loved it, and we are sure that anyone else will too! We will miss Lepa.

It was wonderful having a native Hawaiian, Kaipo (hopefully, spelling is correct) as our guide. We particularly enjoyed the waterfall (Pua'a Ka'a Falls) near the end of our tour (although Kaipo had more faith in our rock-crossing abilities than was sometimes warranted). He took us to a marvelous fruit stand, to have some delicious coconut ice cream and to have Huli Huli grilled chicken and ribs. We saw his multiple cousins and uncles throughout our trip. He kept us well supplied with water and snacks, so need to bring your own. Recommend bringing water shoes (not flip flops) if you think you might be going into the waterfall pool. For the lava tube, recommend bringing a flashlight (from your phone or otherwise) Kaipo pointed out the rainbow eucalyptus and other various species of vegetation and trees native to Hawaii. The main problem that caused a bit of agita was the apparent lack of communication between the various tour operators (Dynamic Tours) that employ Kaipo--they kept changing the time to meet for our tour (we were 7 people from the same family on a private tour) and didn't seem to have our breakfast and lunch orders until after multiple calls, emails and texts from me. Nonetheless, highly recommend this tour. Lots of beautiful scenery and good food.

Lepa was a great tour guide. We had a personalized adventure. If you are offered the chance to get lunch at a food truck, jump on it. The chicken was amazing.

Leppa was an amazing tour guide, she is a local from Hana so she had vast knowledge of the area. We hit all of the amazing spots I had read about online, as well as spots not in the books. Highly recommend this tour with Leppa. Our tour was private so it was definitely more personal and we could cater it to our needs. Awesome!!
