Don’t hesitate to book this shuttle for a smooth ride with pretty views. Pinkbus did a great job keeping me updating on their ETA, the bus has WiFi & was very spacious. Not to mention my driver Carlos, was one of my favorite people I met while visiting Costa Rica. I’ll book this service again & again without hesitation.

To be able to track the driver and vehicle you travelled with, and for us to check the drive record of your ride, can you please share your reservation number with us?
I have searched out database and we don't have any traveler with your name on it, in both countries, Panama & Costar Rica..

Excellent experience. Bus spacious, clean, with great legroom. Driver very helpful - delivered me to my downtown hotel without a whimper (with a smile while helping me with my rusty Spanish, actually!) despite ugly traffic. Promised 4 hours, arrived in 3:57

They sent updates through WhatsApp timely. You can see the live location of your shuttle via a link. Although the driver spoke only basic English, he understood English and confirmed our drop off hotel smoothly. The van has wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped about 2 hrs for us to use restroom and stretch out. Overall, it was a very good experience with Pink Van.

Great trip, driver was knowledgeable and professional. Driver offered to stop for restroom breaks as necessary. I’m not a fan of the mountainous roads of the LaFortuna area, but the drive to the edge off the ride. I recommend the shuttle for anyone looking for affordability and safety.

PinkBus provided excellent service. From the very beginning, their customer service impressed me. I did not see my hotel listed as a pickup point, so I contacted them, and they immediately confirmed that they could pick me up. The driver arrived on time and was very accommodating. The bus was comfortable and clean, with charging stations and good Wi Fi, which made the ride easy.
There was a lot of traffic in San José, and I started to worry that I might not reach my night our on time. The driver did not speak English, and my Spanish was not strong enough to explain what I needed. He called customer service for me, and I spoke to them directly. They explained the route and the estimated timing and helped reassure me. Carlos was an excellent driver.
I would definitely recommend PinkBus. The commute may be long, but you are comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.

The shuttle pickup and drop off was incredibly prompt and the organizer kept us in the loop timing the pickup of three different parties. There was a last minute technical issue that required a new vehicle to be used which caused zero delay to us and zero discomfort. I mention this because things like this can happen, but the organizers were so quick to address that the rest of my party was unaware there was even an issue. The ride was very comfortable and accommodated the four of us and our luggage easily.

Great option to travel
The bus ride was really great! The driver was super friendly and gave us water and a pillow. My way back only had 2 people, so I had the whole row to myself, which was super nice. The driver also gave us a short break to grab a snack or use the restroom. Most importantly, the bus was on time too!

The driver showed up on time. He was friendly and gave us water and a pillow. The van was very clean and air conditioning worked well. The driver did go fast at times though that seemed to be common of many other shuttle drivers. The big problem with this trip was that it was extremely bouncy and not because of the road conditions .Perhaps the van needed new shocks. Several others in the van were uncomfortable due to the bumps, high speed and very windy roads. At one point someone asked the driver to pull over because they were feeling sick. We certainly would have rated better if the ride was more comfortable.

I don't believe we deserve a 3-star rating (which has an impact on us) because the bumpy roads of Costa Rica. The vehicle you had is almost brand new and the fact that the ride was bumpy has nothing to do with MyPinkBus.

I was really looking forward to this shuttle as I saw the reviews were mostly positive but fortunately i didn’t have the greatest experience. If you’re prone to motion sickness beware the driver drives very fast and it’s not the smoothest ride. We didn’t get a bathroom break as promised after an almost 3.5 hour drive. In the city, the driver almost got into an accident causing an abrupt stop in which all of my belongings went flying out the seat and I accidentally left my water bottle on the bus due to this, which apparently wasn’t found. Overall it’s a decent ride from La fortuna to San Jose but be prepared for a potentially uneasy ride

I needed a ride from La Fortuna to San Jose and it was very easy process to book. The pick up location was not on the drop down menu, but they has n o issue picking me up where I was. The driver was kind and friendly- and we made a stop halfway through to take a break and grab a snack. The bus was clean and had pillows and wifi. I would ride with the pink bus again!

Great shuttle service. Was able to book pretty last minute from LA Fortuna to San Jose, and they were able to accommodate. Shuttle was very spacious and comfortable, and the driver was very friendly. Would ride again!

We stopped at a restaurant with an amazing view of the valley and great treats and tokens. The driver was friendly, prompt and helpful. Highly recommend. Onboard pillows, charging outlets and WiFi made it super comfortable.

We enjoyed our shared shuttle ride from La Fortuna to San Jose. The driver was on time and very friendly. The bus was very clean and had WiFi. We also received a bottle of water and a pillow. I would highly recommend using My Pink Bus.

Shuttle was clean and well maintained. Bus driver was good, but prone to occasional speeding. He was on time, courteous, and attentive to the road.

Cute bus that’s clean and gets you from point A to point B. We were given a pillow and water and there are charging ports and wifi. We had one stop for bathrooms half way on our trip. The driver was very nice and accommodating. He did not know English, so if you are not at least intermediate in Spanish, use google translate.
