Aya was a wonderful tour guide. She was very knowledgeable but also made everything very fun with her bubbly personality. We got to see/do everything we wanted and she even made sure that we got on the right train going back to Osaka. The house/museum was interesting and even though we didn't get to see the distillery process, the tasting was great and you even get a free gift! Would highly recommend this tour!

One of the best ways to spend an afternoon in Osaka/Kyoto. The town Oyamazaki borders both Osaka and Kyoto and is home to the world famous Yamazaki wihisky. Learn about the history of Yamazaki and also sample Suntory’s wide range of quality whiskies.. The tour also includes a visit to Asahi’s art museum, which houses some Monets!
The guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and patient in highlighting the places. A perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon!

Yumiko was a great guide. She took time to explain some aspects of the museum and help to make sure we saw all the most import parts, expecially the Monet, Picasso and Chagall works of art. She then took us to the Suntory Whisky museum where we explored the history of Suntory whisky followed by a tasting. We were all presented with a complimentary glass from our guide. This tour with Yumiko was first rate and highly recommended.

Our guide was Fuji-San and she was excellent in taking us through the Asahi museum and then the Yamazaki Distillery Tour. She gave us excellent tips about the local history and what to order from the tasting bar menu. In the end, she gave us a couple of parting gifts that truly made this day excellent.

So helpful to get entry into tasting and tour guide was patient and informative. She walked us around and provided a lot of history of the distillery.
