It was an incredible day. From the Batu Caves to visiting and touring the most important sites in town. The twin towers were also really interesting and great. I enjoyed every moment of this tour. I highly recommend this tour as a must for the person who’s coming for the first time to the city.

We had a fantastic full day tour with Nantha. He picked us up at the Port Klang Cruise terminal when our ship arrived. He had waters ready for us in the car and was very flexible with our itinerary. He made some suggestions and was willing to modify them based on our preferences. He had a great suggestion to go to the top of the KL tower in the morning and see the sights of KL, and then hit the Batu Caves on the way back when all the cruise buses had already completed the Batu caves in the morning and were spending time in Kuala Lumpur in the afternoon. This worked out great as the Batu caves were not very crowded when we went in the afternoon. We got to see all the sites, including the Central market Chinatown, the KL Tower, and the River of Life and Nantha gave us a wealth of information and history along the way. In addition, Nantha knew the perfect spot to take a family picture in front of the Petronas Towers! He was incredibly knowledgeable and his English was outstanding!!! Thank you for a great tour and a wonderful first visit to KL. We will surely be back!

Not really the experience I was expecting from the tour’s description on Viator. The “tour guide,” though courteous, was really just a private driver who dropped me off at each stop and told how long I had to look around. Gave no informational guide unless I asked. He actually never left the car at all. I asked if we could stop for lunch somewhere and he said no. The 8 hr tour took 5 hours. Felt a bit rushed. A big disappointing, to say the least. Not to mention he asked me to complete a review before getting out of the car during hotel drop off on the hotel’s front drive. A bit uncomfortable.

The combo of Batu Caves and Petronas Twin Towers is the perfect tour to Malaysia's culture and modern skyscrapers in the same day. The tour guide, Mr. Nantha, is impeccable.

It is a long drive from the cruise ship terminal to KL.
Our guide was knowledgeable and an excellent driver. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where to start the activity, what we needed for the activity and where to meet him. Afterwards. He accommodated our additional request to stop at the hard Rock Cafe. The cab was very clean and plenty of room for us.

Had a great day seeing the big sites in KL with our guide Steeve.
Super helpful, filled us in on the history, religion and a ton of other things. My 18 year old son and I had a blast.
Especially appreciated being dropped off so close to each stop, ready and waiting each time.
So worth the extra to go private.
Even dropped us at a local Malaysian place for lunch in the middle.

Our guide, Kugan, did an excellent job. He was waiting for us in the hotel reception, was very informative about Malaysian history and culture. Very organised and structured and in a very good mood.
We give Kugan our best recommendations and he made the day really great.

I didn't go on the trip and lost my money because when I checked out after ordering the tour, I found that the system had changed the date of my tour to two weeks before I will be in Kuala Lumpur and when I checked it was 30 minutes past the 24 hours yo had to cancel

It was a great excursion. Batu Caves and the KL tower were amazing. Our driver made every effort to fit in as many places of interest to us and was willing to tailor the experience to our own needs.
