    This excursion is not advertised correctly. You'll spend all day in traffic and the times stated at the different locations are incorrect, not remotely correct. Viator refuses to refund our money even though the excursion is not as described. The customer service is poor and they shun their responsibility as a seller of the product.

We would like to clarify a few critical points regarding your experience: Participation: Our records indicate that you did not participate in the tour or visit the scheduled locations (such as the BOH Tea Plantation, Lata Iskandar Waterfall, and Strawberry Farms). Because you did not experience the service firsthand, we believe your assessment of the "times stated at different locations" does not accurately reflect the actual tour conducted that day. Logistics & Traffic Awareness: While we understand that travel times to the Highlands can be affected by traffic, this is a well-documented aspect of this 200 km mountain route. We provide detailed descriptions so guests can prepare for a long day of travel. Refund Policy (No-Show): Per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking via Viator, refunds are not issued for guests who do not show up for their scheduled departure or who choose to cancel outside of the "Free Cancellation" window. As the guide and vehicle were prepared and available for your use, the service is considered "rendered" from a booking perspective. Commitment to Accuracy: We pride ourselves on providing the tour exactly as described to the hundreds of guests who enjoy the Highlands with us monthly. It is unfortunate that you chose not to join the excursion, but we cannot accept responsibility for a perceived "lack of service" when the opportunity to experience the tour was declined by the guest.     Need better customer service training.

    The bees, butterfly and rose farms are not worth your time. Perhaps our guide was a dud. The tea farm though was very nice. The ride was long and our driver was not engaging, nor knowledgeable. Choose another tour, as we did not get our money's worth, and the tea farm couldn't save the tour.

    Our driver/guide was great. However, would recommend avoiding the weekend as the road was congested with weekend shoppers which meant that we waited in traffic for several hours only to move a few kilometres. The tea plantation was very scenic. That being said, don’t recommend for those sensitive to motion sickness as the roads were some of the most twisty/ windy I have ever seen.

    Cameron Highlands , Must go with family

    I would like to start with that we as a family of 5 , have enjoyed this trip very much . I had previously went to most of this places alone during June 2024  and it had different route on the drive from Kl to Cameron Highlands. Due to floods that happen in moonsoon season, we took another route that was quite tiring and filled with many bents . It will be quite a trouble some if one of the family members have sensitive stomach.  However , the time taken is the same . So keep in mind that the road condition will be a one hour drive ( bent roads ) and in total 4 hours ( from Kl to Cameron Highlands) . The driver was very kind and helpful.  We had enough time to explore all the places . My only concern is the " Entrance fees " It clearly stated here that " all parking fees and Entrance fees " are included.  As you know ,each person comes with a ticket. The Entrance fees are not that expensive in all the places .....that's why I expected it to be covered under this tickets ( RM 600 + each ) . When I asked the driver , he said "  those tickets need to be paid by YOU not covered BY THE TRIP  " . So I need some clarification on that from your company.  Last one is quite a preference,  the Cameron Highlands has 2 places to have breakfast ( 3 actually) . 2 at the gates , I prefer the new gate  which is more serviced and has a better view ( not sure of the number) . The same food is also served at the Cameron valley with same price . So it depends on your preference. Overall,  even though I have the license to drive in Malaysia.  I don't recommend anyone with a family to take a risk and drive from KL to Cameron Highlands in a rented car ( especially in raining season ) . This my first experience with trip advisor.  My family enjoyed the trip , just that it will be 7 hour tour  plus travelling ( 4 + 4 ) so 8 hour drive journey in one day . Hope this long feedback help .
