my understanding of a private tour....you have a guide telling you all details of area. The driver was last getting to our resort, think he should have phoned resort advising us that he was late picking us up

Our driver, even though we had to use the translator to communicate, he was very accommodating and we were free to do our own tour of Ko Samui, from Port. Thank you for a great time. We reached the port on time no problem.

Great places to visit but no English speaking guide. When we asked the Fri er he referred us to the sign which explains about the site. I history of commentary about the city. The only thing he did was drive me back to the store where I left my phone, for that I was very grateful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and enough for 8 of us. No water or fruit provided as per your inclusions.

A nice couple of hours getting a sense of this island. Some nice viewpoints and beaches. A very nice lunch with a water view included. Was convenient that this tour was provided by the same company Highseas) that provides port services.

Nice tour as described (except for the mummified monk as the place was closed). Start time was 10 instead of 11 but we liked the early start due to the hot weather. Driver was patient we asked to stop for coffee and he was okay with it. He did not proven to be a tour guide as his English was very basic. Surprise lunch included in a local restaurant (spring rolls, curry, salad). No water / drinks were included as the description states. The car was rather a minibus for the two of us and it was a bit stinky (very strong boiled rice smell)

Enjoyed the tour overall.

We really enjoyed the sites on the tour. Our driver gave us as much time at each spot as we wanted for pictures. Lunch was delicious! We would have like to hear more information about the locations we were visiting though.

Hard to rate: Khun Vipa is a "5" but we had to struggle to get her

We booked a tour with an English speaking guide. The driver who picked us up did not say hello or say his name. No guide in sight. We arrived at the first destination. He picked up a postcard, pointed at the photo, and then indicated which way we should walk! This was not acceptable. We found out later he did not have a license so could not be seen guiding us. I called the company right away. It took several calls to correct things. Ninety minutes later, a wonderful guide named Khun Vipa met us. She spoke English well and gave us good information on everything we visited. I was really shocked at Viator, who we've used before. Either they haven't properly vetted this local company, or they don't care if we get what we contracted for. I had to solve this myself, but thankfully Khun Vipa saved the day. Without her, we would never have recommended this company or this tour.
