Did not show up to pick us up. We messaged them multiple times. Our hotel called but had to try 3 different numbers until someone answered. They said they would reach out to me but then never did. Hotel called again 30 minutes later and they just said they weren’t coming. Said I should request refund which we are still waiting for.
