While our driver was friendly and motivated he was clearly no guide. The same tour could have been done for a fraction of the price using a taxi. Most museums don’t charge for entry. Disappointed in terms of value for money as our driver was not able to give much context into Kigali history.

The tour didn’t happen. I tried contacting them by Viator and got no reply. I was at the agreed pick up location ten minutes before the agreed time, and waited for over an hour with no sign off them or response.

Hi Paul ..Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and completely understand your frustration.
After reviewing the situation, we found that your initial booking and contact was made directly via email, and unfortunately, the date was entered incorrectly when it was later added to the Viator system and our scheduling. This discrepancy contributed to the scheduling mix-up on our end. As this is the first time such a situation has ever happened
Additionally, as part of our standard procedure, we had asked all guests to confirm their pickup location by messaging a designated WhatsApp number the night before the tour or two and we reconfirm the night before . Since we didn’t receive confirmation, and due to the date error, the guide was scheduled for a different day.
This is the first time something like this has happened, and we take full responsibility. As soon as we realized the issue, we offered to reschedule the tour for the following day, but completely understand you weren’t able to join due to your departure.
We are already taking steps to improve our booking and communication systems to avoid any such issues in the future. If your travels bring you back, we’d love the opportunity to offer you a complimentary or discounted tour to make things right.

The tour guide Ange was exceptional, She took her time to show us everything we wanted to see and took us shopping. She was patient and kind and made us see Kigali in a different light. I would highly recomend her services awesome awesome ❤️

Our day trip with Hurry was incredible! He made us feel very comfortable and gave us an enjoyable tour of the city. He treated us like family, and truly caused our love for the country to deepen, we got to learn so much! There are several stops on this tour that make for a full day, and lunch was incredible. Although you could probably make your way around the city with rideshare, doing it with a guide is much better and undoubtedly worthwhile!

I had such a great experience!! I had an early start due to landing at the airport at 7am! They got me at 7:30am to start my day. Hurry was great. He took me to the different museum which really allowed me to learn about Rwanda. In addition, he took me to the market and also cuz he noticed I like nature, he took me to see the wetlands. I definitely recommend it. They also took me to the airport at 3pm. I had a long layover so it started early and ended earlier than usual, but definitely made it work for me! Thank you so much Hurry for the great tour! I definitely want to come back to Rwanda!

It was a memorable experience ....had an authentic day trip around Kigali with a guide who had extensive local knowledge. Other than the Kigali Genocide Memorial, the two car free areas, the Nyandugu Eco-Tourism Park and an art Museum that also holds the remains of the plane that crashed killing Rwanda's former president thereby triggering the genocide were sights to behold.
