Pickup Information for Travelers - Our representative will meet you at the designated pickup point (airport arrival gate, hotel lobby, or bus station exit) holding a placard with your name or our company name: Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels. - Please ensure your arrival details (flight number, bus time, or hotel address) are shared with us in advance. - If your transport is delayed or rescheduled, kindly inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. - For airport pickups: after clearing immigration and baggage claim, proceed directly to the exit gate. If you cannot find our staff immediately, kindly wait near the information desk. - Our driver/representative will assist you with luggage and transfer you comfortably to your destination.
