1. Bus was changed to other company. Old equipment, very dirty, extremely bad smell. Departure time was changed to 7:00.

1. Bus was changed. Bus of advertised company did not come. Quality if bus was extremely poor. All was dirty and very bad smell. 2. Departure time was changed from 6:15 to 7:00. 3. Boarding place was very difficult to find. 4. Viator company do not control anything. You pay money for nothing. 5. Overall foto of the bus totally faked!

Thank you for your feedback. Due to severe weather and temporary road closure, we had to arrange a last-minute alternative bus and adjust the departure time for safety reasons. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

To find the bus was the hardest thing! We missed the bus and we were at the bus station 1,5h before departure. Luckily with the help of other drivers we finally catched our bus on the way. The bus drive itself was good; we had enough toilet breaks, the driver was good and the journey went well:)
