It was amazing very pretty views and really good tour guides. But our driver was the best he stayed with us the entire time told us new things and made sure we were there and back safe.

We started off at with these beautiful well taken care of horses. My guide took lots of pictures and made sure we were happy. Then we went to Dunns River and we climbed and slipped and fell a few times, but it was so much fun. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and will do the tour again.

They canceled my booking for no reason and they did not give me a clear explanation on why I even called Viator ‘s customer service number and they didn’t give me a reason or a good answer. These people like to play with your time.

Our driver Adrien handled everything for us including getting the tickets and also stayed with us during the entierty of the excursions. The hourse back riding tour and the workers leading it ensured our safety and made sure we were safe on the horses and in the water for a good amount of time. We got amazing pictures at a small charge. The Dunns river tour guide was present ensured our safrty so we could have a great time hiking the falls and gave us aplenty of time to take great pictures!

We enjoyed the experience. Kamol was an excellent driver and he taught us so much about Jamaican culture and their language. The horseback was fun but I wanted to be in the water more. The Dunn’s River was excellent and they were so patience.

We loved both the Dunns River was a challenge for us but we did good with the climbing and the Horseback riding in the water was a different experience really enjoyed it and our tour instructors was phenomenal with both tours definitely a ten

Great Experience

Horseback riding was enjoyable! The water felt great and my guide took some great pictures of our group. There’s also a photographer who’s there and you can purchase the photos after the excursion (the pics were over edited though, which was disappointing). After that we went to Dunn’s River Falls where we climbed the waterfall. It was such a fun challenge and well worth it. The water was cold but refreshing and our guide was amazing, he made sure we were all together and would turn around to help each person. There was also a photographer climbing with us and would take pictures/videos throughout the time. Big shout out to our driver Dayveon (sorry if I mispelled), he picked us up on time and was very cool. He stopped by a store to get us some water, and after our excursion, we asked him to stop by KFC with us. He was very professional and laid back. Definitely a 10/10 experience and I would do it again!

Our driver Ricardo was great! On our way to go horse back riding and Dunn's Falls, he told us the history of the island and pointed out landmarks. It was my first time horse back riding and the trainer Jay was great. He also told me about horses and the horse I was riding. Initially I was nervous but after a while I felt comfortable. We rode along the beach and took pictures and they came out great. We then headed to Dunn's Falls. That was an adventure. I only made it half way to the top. Although I didn't finish, I'm glad I experienced it. On our way back to our resort, our driver stopped at a local restaurant which was good. Overall it was a great experience!

I can not remember our tour guide name, but the company was M&M tours! He was wonderful and patient! He stayed with us for much of the tour as we climbed Dunn's River and offered advice of how to handle the locals😊. We had a great tour group and we will have lasting memories!! Great job!!

This was my first time riding a horse it was awesome the horses are very well trained. I wanted to run a little bit but didn't get to do that. But they love the water. The pictures was awesome.

Horseback Riding/Dunn's River Falls Great Day Trip

We decided to do this excursion on a Monday to avoid high tourist traffic and that was a great choice we made, because it was not busy. We were picked up from RIU Montego Bay by Renardo. He was very informative and professional and a safe driver. We stopped for beef patties, and he took us to this bridge overlooking the bay for a photo op. He also took us to a local eating spot on the way back to the hotel. The first stop was the horseback riding. I like that we were not required to wear helmets or life vests. I also liked that we were given the option to be self guided or lead by the trainer. The trainers were really nice, holding my phone and even taking pics w/ my phone. Please be prepared for them to ask for a tip at the end of this excursion. Dunn's River Falls was a great experience and would definitely do it again. FYI, the physical activity is a 5 out of 5! I was sore the next day, but it was fine.

My family will forever remember this experience while visiting Jamaica. Our guides were friendly and very welcoming. One of our guides mentioned that he’s been riding and caring for horses since he was 7 years old (he’s now 20). This young man was very knowledgeable about horses and his passion for these animals was also evident. He basically provided us a riding lesson, while also ensuring our safety. Lastly, unlike their competitors who do not allow children to ride, my 7 year old daughter was able to enjoy this wonderful experience as well. We now have amazing family pictures of this awesome Jamaica experience!

This tour was great. Our driver Renardo was very informative and fun to be around. He made sure we got to every excursion safe and waited with us until we were completely checked in. Afterwords he was nice enough to take us to KFC before heading back to the hotel. Will definitely reach out again during our next trip

We were picked up from Secrets in Montego Bay -- the first stop was the horseback riding -- we had the guys with green shirts -- I think the name was Little Guys Tours. We had a group of five with 4 guides. We didn't wear helmets or life vests - which was great bc you don't need IMO. We did a guided tour, went out in the water, they let us trot with the horses. There was always somewhere there to lead or help us if needed but the freedom was nice also. They guys were great and we really enjoyed it. They held out phones and took a ton of pics and then there was a professional that we ended up buying but prob. didn't need to. We next went to Dunns River Fall - it was like 30 more minutes. This place is busy. We had on tennis shoes and they got wet but we didn't need water shoes. It was fun. They do offer guides to take you up but the 5 of us - 2 adults and 3-20 somethings did it ourselves. It was really pretty and fun. Not sure I'd need to do it again but it was beautiful and neat to do. Wish I had a water proof case tho. We were there about 45-60 minutes. The only bad part of the trip was the 2 hour drive back since its on other side of island and there was traffic but not anyones fault. We left hotel about 10:30 and got back to hotel about 5.

Renardo our driver/guide was amazing, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and taught us lots about Jamaica on our drive, had great music on and great conversations, and even stopped off at a lovely view to offer to take some photos of us. The horseback riding was one of our favourite experiences we’ve done, however we left the second experience early as I wasn’t feeling too great but Renardo made sure we had everything we needed, including stopping off at his favourite snack places so we could try Jamaican patties and pudding, making sure we had drinks for the road, and got us back to our hotel quickly. We would definitely recommend him to everyone looking for a great day out in Jamaica.

This was a great experience. Travoi was our tour operator guide and he was very attentive and patient the entire trip. From our resort the the was a couple of hours and he made sure we were safe and entertained with the smooth Reggae music and some R&B. My husband and I shared the bus with 3 other passengers and he made sure to share any necessary details for our excursions. We didn’t bring towels so he stopped at a local gift shop to purchase items at a discount and we racked up! Lol. The prices were so reasonable and the stuff we purchased was quality. So that was a added benefit to having Travoi as your driver. The horseback riding was a fun experience and they take professional photos for you to purchase at the end of your experience. We bought ours and they took some great shots. Afterwards, we headed towards Dunns River and Travoi stayed with us the entire time and looked after our belongings while we were climbing the waterfall. He made sure we were hydrated and was patient with us the entire time. The ride back to our resort was a couple of hours and we slept easily on our way back knowing we were in good hands. I give the overall experience 100 stars and I will definitely book through this company again! Also make sure to bring towels and/or a change of clothes to keep their vehicles clean. Bring plenty of cash to support the local businesses in the area. Don’t forget to tip! Everyone I’ve encountered was overall friendly, professional, and respectful! Love love love my experience!

My experience was amazing from the time I made the reservation to the pickup and the actual excursions. Communication with this company was never an issue, they were always responsive when I reached out to them. By the way, this was the only excursion I booked not using the resort and I don’t regard it. Regarding pickup, the transportation arrived a few minutes earlier and was extremely accommodating. Our driver, Travoy was friendly. He also made us feel welcome and safe, which was one of my concerns since it was two females (myself and my teenage daughter) traveling alone. After the excursions, he offer to stop for lunch, but the group decided that we did not want lunch, but he stopped for us to get authentic beef patties by request. The excursions itself were so much fun. The horseback riding experience was awesome! My guide Jason was very helpful since this was my first time riding a horse. I felt safe on the horse with Jason by my side. The trail was not too long nor too short, and the ride in the ocean, I loved it!!! Important information - you can take your phone for pictures (use a water pouch). Also, they have someone taking professional pictures. Make sure to bring cash with you. Dunn’s River Fall was a cool experience as well. It requires more physical strength than horseback riding, so be prepared. Thankfully, the climb was guided, so it was not as physically challenging if you would do it on your own because the guide knows where the holes are and there’s less risk of injuries. Also, can forget to mention that you do this as a group. As a group, we helped one another and we all made it to the top of the fall. Overall, the entire experience was a 10/10. Side note - locals will be at the excursion area stealing souvenirs, some are more aggressive than others, but a simple no kept them away.
