An incredible tour — slightly soured by an uncomfortable push for a review at the end.
This was, overall, a fantastic and very well-organised experience. The journey from Jaipur was smooth and comfortable, and having everything arranged in advance made the day feel easy and efficient.
Our guide was knowledgeable and handled the logistics and security procedures expertly. He ensured we navigated the crowds effectively and took us to the best vantage points of the Taj, which made a significant difference to the overall experience. Seeing the Taj Mahal itself is genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime moment — the scale and detail are remarkable, and it is absolutely not to be missed.
However, I do feel it is important to mention one negative aspect. At the end of the tour, the guide strongly pressured us to complete a review while still in the car and asked to see our phone as proof. When I declined and said I would do it later, I subsequently received multiple WhatsApp messages urging me to leave a review. This felt intrusive and somewhat uncomfortable, and it unfortunately detracted from what had otherwise been an excellent day.
While the tour itself is very good, potential visitors should be aware that the high number of positive reviews is almost certainly driven by this kind of pressure. People would likely feel unable to give anything less than 5 stars with the guide effectively watching over them. All the glowing 5-star reviews may not reflect the true quality of the service, but rather the pressure placed on customers to leave a review on the spot. With a more professional and less insistent approach at the end, this would have been a near-perfect experience.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Driver arrived promptly for a smooth drive from Jaipur to Agra. We were then greeted by our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, Arham. Big fan of his photography skills, and we truly appreciated how he presented all the info in a thought-provoking manner with some “magic tricks” along the way. Really great tour!
Ramsingh picked me up from my hotel at 6am. I was a little apprehensive about doing such a long journey on my own, but Ramsingh put me at ease and the 4.5 hour drive went quickly. I mostly read a book and we stopped for a bathroom break at a cafe.
Sadiq met me in Agra. He gave me a very informative tour of the Taj Mahal and then we went to lunch at the Marriott, where he ensured they brought me vegan food. He then gave me the choice of driving by Agra Fort and exploring Baby Taj, or stopping at Agra Fort for a proper tour. I chose Agra Fort, which was brilliant.
Sadiq takes excellent pictures (better than I could ever take!) and I'm really happy with the memories I'll have of the day! He also went above and beyond: I had been ill with a cough and a purchased some 'jaggery' for me, explaining how the sugarcane soothes lungs. I also had a problem with my bank card and was unable to withdraw cash and he took me to multiple places until he was able to fix the issue.
The tour did include a couple of stops where you could learn about local crafts. There was the opportunity to make purchases, but as these things go, the vendors were friendly and where wasn't much pressure.
Overall I've had a great day and would really recommend this tour if you want to experience Agra!

We had a fantastic tour from Jaipur to the Agra and the Taj Mahal. Everything went smoothly with the early morning pickup for the sunrise tour, and our guide Amaan was so helpful! He told us about the history of the Taj Mahal, made sure we got fantastic photos, and he made great recommendations for us. A highlight was the time we spent at the "Baby Taj", which was just beautiful.

Great organized tour of Taj Mahal with lunch provided. The driver picked us up from the hotel then drove us to Agra. A tuk tuk picked us up to take us rest of the way. We had a traditional Indian meal that was yummy and stopped at a shop that makes marble inlay.

A great overview of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with lots of information from our guide sharing the history of each place. Azzu was a very informative and flexible guide! Getting to the Taj Mahal early was an incredible experience. I’ve been once before and it was absolutely packed but in the early hours you can really feel the serenity of heaven Shah Jahan intended. The inlay demonstration was very interesting, what a beautiful craft. History of Mughal kings was very cool too!
If you take the early drive option from Jaipur, make sure you rest up beforehand. The drive up will be bumpy and your driver might be playing music.

We did the same day visit of the Taj Mahal, Agra fort and baby Taj with our very friendly and knowledgeable guide Ankur Sharma!
He was there to greet us as soon as we arrived from Jaipur and led us through the different monuments and gave us excellent information on the history and details of the architecture! I highly recommend booking through Viator and especially using Ankur Sharma as a guide!
