Rooftop yoga with homely vibes

We enjoyed a private lesson on the rooftop in a very friendly environment, including tea after in the teacher's living room. The lesson is a combo of different positions as well as breathing exercises, definitely beginner friendly

Roof top yoga

Wonderful session of yoga with an experienced yogi who made us feel like part of his family as we did yoga on the roof top of his home even sat after the class with him and his lovely wife and had Chai tea and a chat .He is very knowledgeable about the yoga poses and explained how to do each one correctly.Definitely go and experienced this yourself you will not be disappointed.The driver was also very nice arrived on time even took us on a short tour on the way back to our hotel

Culture experience I loved so much

This was one of the best experiences, being welcomed into somebodies home and world to learn about them and what they do is treasure. The yoga gave insight into traditional every day practice you can do a home, it’s basics everybody should know. The cooking class was so fun and I learned how they use basic spices to bring a dish to life. Both experiences are worth it.

I visited youga class of Ashok Sahrma in July 2019. I was picked up from the hotel and brought back after the class. Driver was punctual and friendly. I practiced yoga for half a year before. The class of Ashok was very useful and interesting. He is patient and kind teacher, who makes sure that student understand how to make asana right. Strongly recommended for all who is interested in yoga.
