This was my group and I’s favorite excursion out of our whole trip. The guides were friendly funny kind amazing people. They made the experience so much fun. They provided transportation directly from our Airbnb and had food before and after rafting. The rafting was so much fun and paying for photos was soo worth it! The rapids were not too intense as it was my first time rafting. We loved every minute and we definitely would do it again!

We had an absolute blast on this trip! Our guide Samuel made sure everyone in the raft had a great time and ensured the safety of the participants as well. The sights were amazing as well.

Our guides, Orlando and Leonardo were great! They spotted animals on the drive up and took amazing pictures for us. They also provided some history of the country. Very entertaining, The rafting trip was a blast. First time for us. Equipment is top notch and they are very experienced guides. I felt very safe. Would definitely do this again.

The guides Heidl, David, and one other guy that lived close to rivet were amazing. Very informative about plants, local history and rafting. The guys went above and beyond to keep us safe and ensure we had a great adventure! Would definitely recommend! Scenery was gorgeous and us ladies had a fabulous time!

We're a family of five - which includes 3 kids 22, 20, 17 - first time rafting like this - Nico and Orlando and the whole team were great, some families younger than ours, adrenaline spikes for sure but it was very safe and well orchestrated, very safe breakfast and lunch were great touches, bus pickup on time, kids favorite day of the trip, highly recommend

This is by far one of the greatest experiences of my life. The staff was incredible especially Leandro. They made sure everything and everyone was safe even though the rafting at times was scary as can be. Can’t wait to do it again.

Outstanding trip. Outstanding guides, Jairo, Leandro and Johnathan. Punctual hotel pick up in Los Suenos, 1:15 hour drive to Quepos. Met our guide at a quaint local roadside restaurant, treated to a nice breakfast, great food, super clean bathrooms with showers, small convenience store for drinks and snacks.
Next 30 minutes drive to reach the launching point up the Savegre river. The most informative and enjoyable drive among the palm oil plantations, with a few short stop spotting wildlife, Sloths, Macaws, frogs, or cinnamon bark, picking and tasting Starfruits and Rambutan right of the trees among many others thanks to our very knowledgeable, funny local guides, kids loved it.
Thorough safety briefing before launch and the most fun we had this whole week.
20 minutes stop at a beautiful waterfall.
At the end of the rafting, refreshments and fresh fruits are waiting for you. While your guides load the rafts on the bus. And you will be treated to a lunch back at the same roadside restaurant, where you can change snd shower before heading back to your hotel.
1st class all the way, and as much world travel as I do, I use this descriptive sparingly.

We had a great day white water rafting. The guides were excellent and I always felt safe. I was thinking lazy river, but this was not!! True river rafting. Added bonus visiting a waterfall & going behind it. Breakfast, snack and Lunch were delicious. 5 star day!!

Unbelievable views of nature to and from the river. The rafting trip down river is breathtaking from start to finish. Breakfast &lunch included is a bonus as well as the fresh fruits on the river.

This experience far exceeded our expectations. It was both thrilling and "scary". We had an in-boat pro, Roberto, who was bent on making sure we had a great experience. For safety, Ronaldo led the way in a kayak. Along the way, in between rapids, we stopped at a powerful waterfall and were able to swim in a pool at its base. In addition to the exciting rapids, the expansive views were often breathtaking. My only regret is that I didn't try white water rafting years ago...

Pick up was prompt, about an hour drive to a road side cafe for a typical Tico breakfast which was great. Met the rest of the group there to head toward the river. The advertisement leaves out the hour plus dirt road climb to the launch site but we saw a lot and our guide kept us informed about the surrounding country side, so it was ok too. We had four full rafts, a safety kayak, and a photographer. The river runs swift and rapids run too often to have your own photo shooting opportunities. The digital photos and video they sell at the end were actually an ok price and very good. I think our guide was at first disappointed he had an older group but we warmed up to each other and it was a great trip. Jira stopped us often to see animals and birds and we enjoyed his narration. He was very skilled. Having rafted a half dozen rivers in the US, I could tell he was hitting the spots he wanted to and took us through the best spots in the rapids. The river itself did not disappoint. Of course the season and the rain level makes a difference but what we got was great. Plenty of class 2 and 3 action with great spacing. Not really any slow spots, just a couple of relaxing places to hop in and float with the boats. Lost track exactly but think we were on the water for an hour fifteen or so. I’ve done much longer trips to only get what we got in that time though. We were very happy with the river action and our guide. When we egressed there was a snack of fresh fruit we ate while the crew loaded the rafts. A much shorter trip back to the cafe where I had great mahi mahi and sides which like breakfast was included. We purchased our photos and took our hour plus ride back to Jaco’. So picked up at 0745 and got back about 1545. Great day. Would do it again for sure.

Beautiful views and great rafting. Our stocky tour guide with the buzz cut ( not worth remembering his name) was awful. Screamed at my daughter during the introduction and throughout the excursion and made condescending remarks throughout our trip . He would splash us multiple times ( 1st 5 times were funny) while on the relaxing / scenic parts of the cruise. Even after mentioning we would prefer to get splashed with the real rapids, he continued to splash us throughout the excursion. Extremely annoying. I’m a 55 year old woman who can climb just fine. However, offering a hand to climb into the truck would have been courteous. Instead they sat in the truck with their headphones on. Go on this excursion , but ask for the long haired tour guide. You’ll know who he is because he was the only one to welcome the guests with a hello or hola.

This company was a class act!!! We were treated to breakfast before leaving to the river. During the hour trip, Ruper, kept us entertained and educated us about the area. Our raft guide, Hiro, was amazing as well. He guided us through t rapids, educated us on the area, and was a great guy! When we returned to the restaurant, we were treated with a delicious lunch. I definitely recommend this excursion

What a fun and exciting activity to do while in Costa Rica! I was worried about taking my 8 yo, but once we got in the raft it was so safe and I didn’t worry at all during the the rafting. Jairo, our guide was awesome and made us feel safe and showed us a great time! I would definitely do it again. This was my husbands fav activity we did several (ziplining, ATV riding, and waterfall rappelling).
