Truly outstanding service I was informed at 10 am that my flight was departing at midday 12.00pm and inquired why I was not at the airport . I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and was rushed and escorted to the plane just in time time before takeoff …. Shocking experience

Shocking experience. Booked the VIP service could not get hold of anyone to confirm. Tried calling the number provided. They had no recollection of our booking. No one contacted us until 2 hours before our flight. By that time we had checked in on our own. Was an absolute waste of money!! Would not recommend to anyone

As confirmed also on your reservation email, the meeting with your VIP Agent at TLV Airport is set at 2 (two) hours before departure, where our agent contacted you but you arrived to the airport much earlier than expected. Hello Chris, We understand your disappointment, but during the high season we are stretched to the limit, and couldn't accommodate your new flight after your original flight was changed, since we were already fully committed for March 30th. We only have a limited number of agents at the airport, and for your same time we were already covering another flight. Thank you for understanding
