Avoid they let you know about confirmation less then 24 h to avoid fully refund if you change your mind also got extra charges for car park but you travel they transport plus extra money for each person prices are hidden only you know price when you get confirmation but is too late to cancel extra charges are bigger then full day of diving think about this diving provider

The trip was passable, the crew was friendly. The boat left much to be desired... dirty, with lots of sand and hair everywhere, generally unpleasant, and the mattresses were cracked and sticky. The diving equipment was worn-out, the wetsuits were torn, the snorkeling gear had chewed-off rubber bands on the mouthpieces. But the worst was the photographer, who charged $40 per person for eight photos and three six-second videos. Everyone was posed in awkward poses, leaving no room for creativity in posing or not. Overall, the trip was poor. I wouldn't recommend it. The boat broke down, and we waited for about two hours for nothing.

My favourite experience while in Egypt. From day to finish the full day was nothing but brillant. The guys on the boat (divers, photographer, guides, hosts) were all amazing, felt safe/confident & comfortable on my first diving experience. Food served was delicious. The atmosphere on boat in general was so fun. The divers presented as experienced, knowledgeable & friendly. Ahmed my guide was 5*
Only regret was didn’t book this during the first week of my stay as definitely would have booked again!

The dive experience was amazing, particularly the second dive.
It all started with a boat trip to the dive site. During the trip the scuba diving instructor explained everything, and make sure that everyone understood the instructions.
The first dive was a little disappointing because it was basically to take photos, but we ended up buying them (40€, and they sent the Google drive link the next day).
The second dive was simply amazing. We went down without the photographer, and the instructor give us more freedom, but always close enough to help us and keep us safe.
It was my first diving experience, and I loved it.
We had lunch after everyone finished the two dives, and it was great.
The boat crew was very friendly and helpful.

The Red Sea has my heart 😂 scuba dived for the first time in my life with these guys and it’s safe to say I’m obsessed 🤩 both dives were brilliant 👌 got to see tonnes of different fish and coral including the likes of barracuda, lion fish and a blue spotted stingray 👏 everyone on board the boat was really friendly, Hossam took the time to explain everything in great detail and ensured we all knew everything before we dived. He was really hyperactive and fun 😂 had us laughing most of the day and done a great job at elevating any of our concerns/anxiety and ensured we enjoyed our dives safely. The underwater photographer got some great pictures too, would highly recommend purchasing these after the experience they was worth every penny. Safe to say I’ll be returning at some stage in the future to complete a diving course with Hossam and the team. Last but not least I’d like to thank Sam the tour guide on board the boat. I can honestly say that I’ve made a friend for life in sam 🙏 he’s professional, friendly and a great laugh 😂 can’t wait to come back and see all you guys again, miss yous already 😂 until then stay safe and thanks again

The experience was great at least for us who tried it for the first time. We were suppose to try two spots(reefs) but that didn’t really happen. Price was very low but during and after the trip everyone was asking for bakshish(tip). Photographer also want money which is fair but we would prefer a fixed price rather then pay what you want

Apart from the guide that was lovely, all the rest was terrible. Diving gear from the 70’s, no size adapted to my partner or child. You wonder if you will come back up alive ! You get promised two dives on two sites with lunch in between . Well you get two dives on the same site. Lunch was at… 5pm! Got offered cola with lunch but before that it was water or tea/coffee. Waited approximately 2h before leaving because the boat was not ready… nice staff, food okay but all the rest was catastrophic.

I seldom write negative reviews, but if there was for the beautiful several minutes we had under water, I wouldn't have given this trip two starts 'coz there were so much they could do better. Here lists both Pros and Cons.
Pros:
1. Diving experience was really good. We got to see lots of fishes and corals in two spots, especially the sunk boat in the second diving spot even though you only get 10 minutes underwater each time as beginners.
2. The diving coach team was professional and attentive.
Cons:
1. The whole tourist team was teamed into 8 groups with 2 persons in each group. But there were only 3 diving coaches and 2-3 sets of diving gears prepared for the participants, which means there were only one group in the water each time. Adding all the time needed to putting on the suits and gears and taking off, we ended up waiting for 2 hours to dive for 10 mins in each spot.
2. During all the long waiting time, you could swim or do snorkeling, if you are strong swimmers or you bring your own snorkeling goggles, because the tour operator only had 3-4 spare snorkeling goggles and 2-3 life jackets. But this fact of inadequate equipment and organization was not communicated before at all, otherwise we would have been better prepared.
3. Be aware of the time. Even though we were picked up at 8:25 in the morning, but actual boat departure time was almost 10:30, and we had't finished the first diving by 2pm. It was advertised for approx. 7 hours, however, it was 7:30 pm when we returned to hotel. That was 11 hours!!! We wouldn't mind any over time in vacation, as long as it was quality time!
4. Even as advertised for beginners, the tourist may still have different skill level and experience for diving. Some experienced and certified divers could get to up to 45 minutes, which is reasonable given their skills and capabilities. But the tricky part is that the whole group share the same gears especially the air bomb!!! The operators should have checked further and more carefully to make sure the air bomb is enough for each diver. Among all the over time above, this equipment related issue should be the most worrisome, because it matters to safety!
5. Last but not the least, the "National Park Admission Fees". It was quite confusing and mystery. First, not all the tourists were asked to pay this $5 each person. Some of them even hadn't heard of or been notified the existence of this "Admission Fees". Second, it was not about the ticket price for the trip. Per talk among tourists, some of tourist paid lower price but still didn't need to pay this $5. I couldn't help wondering this additional $5 admission was somehow the compensation to the operators as and brokage or commission charged by TripAdvisor.
Anyway, Red Sea is beautiful and the diving experience is still worth a shot not to mention the cost of diving here is much lower than many other places, but it still doesn't give any excuse for poor coordination and organization.

Its a live changing experience. And I am not exaggerating. There's another world out and it takes you to a mesmerizing journey.
The tour was knew their stuff and stress was always on attending to training. Mustafa, Hossum notably were the rockstars of the trip. My family enjoyed a lot.
The food was decent. The toilet was clean.
TIP: Please carry your own towel otherwise you will be stranded in the boat in hot sun waiting to be dried up. No spare towels available onboard. It's a feedback as well. Also a change of clothes.

Was an amazing day. The scuba experience was fantastic. It was my first dive ever and I felt that I was in capable hands. The lunch which as included in the booking price was nice also. Just make sure you bring extra money for tipping and pictures/ videos.

The first dive was terrible, they only took us as deep as like 2-3 meters, we saw nothing. The second dive was good, I saw lots of fish and coral. The most disappointed thing was that the photographer went down in the water only the first time, so the pictures would be terrible, only the ship and its ropes were taken, no fish, no coral, as the first time we were mot taken deeper into the sea!!!

Absolutely amazing boat trip, we were a family of 5. So many involved in making sure all in the group got diving from the boat. The patience shown to me (a non swimmer) to ensure I dived was second to none. My 16 year old boys loved it and my 12 year old daughter did something she didn't think she could. The highlight of our holiday. Needs a generous tip.

Transfer went smoothly and people were friendly. Barring one diver who seemed agitated and less patient with us imwhen doing the dive. Made the experience more difficult as there was a lack of empathy. Videos were also sent in 480p not in HD via whattsapp for $10. Tried asking for HD quality which got lost in translation so gave up attempting to try get HD quality video.

The location and excellent boat crew made the day fun. Everyone is separated into groups of two or three and dive in rotation. While waiting you can snorkel. Here is a tip….. There are two short dives and if you’re wanting photos they GoPro one of the dives. 1000egp or 35eu. Buying the photos video is optional and if you would prefer to enjoy your dive instead let your instructor know that you don’t want a movie shoot. This experience is great for first timers and good value. The trip will last 6 or 8 hours depending on numbers and a nice lunch

7 hours is a long trip for 2xdiving for approx 15 min each dive. Your are packed with group of snorkeling and group of advanced divers. You are picked up at your hotel at 8 am, but you have the 1st dive at 1 pm. The second dive at approx. 2.30pm. Lunch at approx 3 pm. Water, tea, coffee always available. Lunch a bit late, but it is fine (pasta, rice, chicken, vegetables, salad). Packing some snacks for the long trip is recommendable. We were lucky to see the back of the dolphins. The equipment seems to be fine ( different size available), instructors seem to be professional. We were not lucky, I got a rookie who could not help me and my kid to dive. The senior instructor was very succesful to help another family how to dive. Beautiful red sea, nice weather, boat is clean, many place to sit or enjoy the sun. Bad points: We did not learn how to dive finally and it took too long for the 1st dive (1pm). 7 h for 2x times of diving of approx. 15min each feels a bit very stretchy. We were the only persons on the boat who were asked to pay the entrance fee of $5. The final review is not good as our main purpose to learn diving did not happen.
