Very good way to see both Cairo/Giza when in Hurghada. Comfortable journey on the coach there end back and the lunch and pyramids were amazing. Drinks at lunch are only 50EGP£ hot & cold. I think this trip does have good value despite sightings not being included. Pyramids: 200 EGP£. Museum: 200 EGP£. I didn’t do the following below but I believe; Nile Boat Ride (Optional): 200EGP£ To enter pyramid (Optional): 100EGP£ Camel/Horse ride(Optional): I think was 300/400EGP. I advice not to ride camels or horses because it’s unethical and unnecessary for them to suffer just to capture a panoramic picture.

You think you have cheap trip, but it get more expensive as you are literally being used as a cow being milked. You pay and pay and pay. I wonder if this big company we give the money to, give the driver or the workers any money. Because it doesn’t seem like it

Pick up was directly at our front door however one tour guide came to our hotel in a taxi to pick us up to take us to the bus. The process to pick up and drop off customers was time consuming and made us feel skeptical of the overall experience but once we made it to the tour bus the remainder of the trip was exactly what we paid for. Our guide was very informative and answered any questions we had. He also made the effort to get to know each of us in his group. The locations we visited were awesome. We felt very safe riding around in Cairo. All shops and souvenir staff we were introduced to were friendly and not overwhelming. My only suggestion would be to spend less time at Sultans and maybe add the additional time at the Egyptian museum. Sultans was amazing we bought a few items but we did not think we needed so much time there to discuss sample and purchase products.

The Tour was really great we got told pick up time is 1:35 but they came a lil bit later cause they also had to pick up other people.the bus was comfortable with ac and Toilet in it.you share the bus with people who ordered the Tour in different languages and the one with the most of the same language is basically the leader of the guides.we for example booked the Tour in english and 95% of the rest in polish so we had our own Private tourguide just for us 2 in english which was amazing Service and our guide was also amazing.the road from hurghada to cairo took around 5 1/2 hours with 1 stop for around 30min to move your legs and get something to eat or drink,and no people to try to sell you Souvenirs.the first stop was a nile river Tour for around 40min which is optional if you want you can take it and it Cost us 10$ for 2 people.was better than waiting outside the bus for 40min and not doing anything.the next stop was the National Museum of cairo where we spend 1hour in a personal Tour and than 30min where we could explore in on our own.but entrance fee isnt included in this package so you need to pay around 10$ per person for the entrance ticket.the next stop after that was a you could say perfume shop where you can get explained how they make the perfume in the past, its optional and you dont need to do it and can wait outside,was around 15min.after that we went to the Restaurant which was a Buffet with bbq'ed meat,and side dishes you can choose from,the food is included but drinks you need to pay for. After that we finally went to the pyramids,first stop is at the biggest pyramid where you have around 5min to make pics,and here you also need to pay around 10$ per person entrance fee.after that there is a little drive in the bus to the other pyramid where you get around 40min to spend your time how you want.they make you the offer that you can take a camel ride or like a rikshaw with horse to go to a better place to make pics where you see all 9 pyramids,the 3 big ones and 6 smaller ones,but it will cost also 10$ per person,but in our personal experience it was 100% worth it to do that for the view.than after that we went with the bus between the biggest and Middle pyramid where we got again 20min to make pics and walk around.than after that we got to the Sphinx and spend around 20min there too for pics and history lesson.after that we went to the bus again and went to a store where they explain you how papyrus Was made and you could also buy some,took around 25min.and after that the way back started,we sadly got caught in traffic so the road back took longer and there was a stop to stretch your legs and get something to eat again.we arrived back at our hotel at around 23:30,so you can expect the Trip to take at least 22hours but in our opinion its 100% worth it to do this trip to see the last remaining of the 7 World wonders

Amazing Experience

This tour was the highlight of my trip. Seeing all the artifacts in the museum was unreal. The pyramids were incredible to see. It was impressive to see all the work the ancient Egyptians put in to build these structures and they are still standing strong. The camel ride was not included in the tour but it was worth the extra cost. Our guide went above and beyond with taking our pictures. He made sure we got spectacular shots. Our tour guide, Mohammad, was very knowledgeable. He explained all the historical facts you would expect your guide to explain. This tour is worth it! Yes the bus ride is long but it will all be worth your wild once you see all the beauty Cairo has to offer.

It was fun and worth every penny. Although the journey was long winded the whole experience was fun. The tour guide were good however i would tend to take advantage of your surroundings and just go by yourself

Awful experience, trip got half way spoiled by the tour guide who wanted nothing but money.

Not very good communication with regards to extra charges. This ended up spoiling our day and luckily, the tour guide admitted her mistakes but was blaming the others. I could not wait to get back to the hotel and relax as my kids were also affected with the drama that unfolded as I continued to put my point across that I was not explained properly about the (hidden) charges incurred during the Nile river trip. Overall, the pick up was on time.

Trip was ok. The Nile River was an unnecessary trip that they tell you about when you come out of the museum and then charge you 10 euro pp. Also because of unnecessary stops we were rushed to see the inside of a pyramid which is NOT needed because it's a jail cell sized hot box with 30 people trying to fit in there. Another unnecessary stop was the Papyrus establishment and Aromatherapy Oil store (none of these advertised) but they take you there to get badgered by the shop owners. Other than that trip pyramids were worth seeing (bring fruits for the camel drivers cause they badger you for money and food)

I came to Egypt for the first time to enjoy the red sea in Hurghada. But I decided to visit Cairo from Hurghada.I found viator,they offered me a good price so I booked the trip.about 01:35 the bus picked me up from the hotel, then collected some other tourists from a near by hotels.then drove to Cairo.the bus was perfect,comfortable with air condition and toilet. We did one stop on the way to Cairo. In Cairo we met our tour guide Ahmed Ali,he is an excellent tour guide.we visited the Egyptian museum, before lunch Ahmed offered us an optional Nile trip for ten euros,all the group did the Nile trip in Cairo,it was a great experience.then we went to the restaurant,we had our lunch,then drove to Giza pyramids, we did two stops by the pyramids and the third stop by the sphinx,we visited a papyrus museum,after that drove back to Hurghada. Good value tour

Lots of extras included such as boat ride on Nile, papyrus museum and perfume shop. Though mostly free there was some extra cost. People very friendly and tour guide helpful. Overall if u want to do Cairo from Hurgada in less than 24 hrs there and back then this is an enjoyable and effective way. Thanks. Enjoyed by the family with teens.

Dagtocht Cairo vanuit Hurghada per bus - teleurstellend

Onze reisbegeleider (Vandamme?) begon met het vragen van buitensporige bijdragen (minstens 30% te veel) voor de kostprijs van de alle toegangstickets. Als je dit in vraag stelde, dan werd hij kwaad. Verder hebben we de highlights het Egyptisch museum, de piramides, de sfynx in sneltempo gezien. Dit kwam vanwege een aantal commerciële langdurige stops en extra uitstappen waarvoor betaald moest worden (toegang in een piramide, boottocht op de Nijl en op een kameel rijden). De hele uitstap duurde 24u en kon zeker efficienter (meer tijd bij de highlights, minder of geen commerciële stops, minder uitleg van een gids die zichzelf in het middelpunt van de belangstelling plaatste in het Egyptisch museum). Ook de toeristen afpersen voor de start van de uitstap door de reisbegeleider was not done. Hij telde ook de toeristen niet na in de bus alvorens we vertrokken. Hierdoor zijn er 3 toeristen tijdelijk achtergebleven bij een vorige locatie.

Ik heb een trip geboekt vanuit hurghada… Ik heb een trip geboekt vanuit hurghada naar Ciaro. We werden opgehaald per bus en kregen niet de tijd om ons kinderenwagen in te klappen. Vervolgens werd hij in de bus geflikkerd aangekomen bij de museum was me hele wagen vernield. Hij liep niet eens meer en overal beschadiging de man heeft niet eens sorry gezegd en er werd totaal geen rekening hiermee gehouden. Ze vroegen overal extra geld op en als smoes voor lange rij werd je bijna gedwongen om voor 10 euro pp naar een boottrip te gaan. Vervolgens kwam je aan bij Egyptische museum en en kon je meteen naar binnen zoo raar. Mijn kinderwagen had ik nieuw gekocht en ik heb het bij viator gemeld ze hebben hier niks mee gedaan. De reisgids was ook in het pools romains en nog andere talen wat super irritant was. Voor mij dus nooit meer hier boeken want we hebben alleen maar ellende meegemaakt. Viator heeft ook niks meer laten weten over dit probleem en niks hiermee gedaan echt vreselijke bedrijf. Ze maken gewoon je spullen kapot en doen alsof je eigen schuld is. Ik kon de rest van mijn vakantie ook nergens naar toe doordat de wagen niet meer liep en ik geen wagen in Hurghada kon kopen doordat het vreselijk duur ook was helaas te veel ellende meegemaakt en tot op het heden niks van Viator gehoord.

Giza, pyramiderna var det...

Giza, pyramiderna var det bästa med resan. Guiden var gullig och snäll men kändes som att hon prioriterade andra gäster som pratade rumänska. Vi var de enda engelspråkiga gästerna och fick snabba summeringar på engelska. Ett minus var alla oväntade stop och att vi inte kom hem den tid vi skulle. Resan varade i 24 h. Vi plockades upp 01.10 och kom hem 24 h senare. Otydligt vad som ingår och inte i priset.

Åkte i en stor buss från Hurghada till Kairo , det var en väldigt lång resa men bussen hade toalett och ett fällbart ryggstöd så med en ljudbok att lyssna på så gick ändå resan bra. Kom först till egyptiska museet och vi fick en egen engelsktalande guide som visade oss runt och sen lite fritt tittande i museet. Kanske lite kort besök. Efter det besökte vi papyrus , åt lunch och efter det en tur på Nilen . Turen var väl bra men fruktansvärt hög musik så man hörde inte vad guiden sa och man blev väldigt trött i huvudet… öronproppar hade varit gott att ha med sig . Sen höjdpunkten som bestod av pyramiderna, så fantastiskt att få se dessa . Även här var vår guide mycket bra , även bra med egen guide för då var inte alla andra så påstridiga. Denna resa tog nästan 24 timmar från hotellet och tillbaka, så man var bra trött när kom hem . Men helt klart värd att åka på .

nous avons réserver cette activités pour voir les pyramides hors au final on nous emmène dans d'autres endroits où il faut à chaque fois payer 10 chf par personne en plus. Il faut donc compter le double du prix indiqué. Une fois arrivé au pyramides, obligé également de payer en plus pour aller voir les pyramides avec les dromadaire car ils ne laissent pas y aller à pied. Hors les animaux sont maltraité, j'en ai vu se faire taper sous mes yeux. j'étais choquée

Le voyage était prévu a 1h du matin. A 1h45 je reçois un message sur Whatsapp disant que c’est annulé. Donc je me suis réveillée et préparée pour un voyage de 8h pour rien. A c jour je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. Je ne recommande pas !
