Not a tour. It's a bus ride to the museum.

It is basically a bus ride to the museum and two tickets to the Missouri. Tour gives the impression that you get access to the Arizona memorial but there is no provision for that whatsoever. They basically drop you in the parking lot and you are on your own to try and get standby tickets. I would definitly not call this a tour.

Bus never came to pick us up and we lost 30minutes and had to take the Uber which incurred extra expense to an already expensive booking.

It was an unforgettable experience. The tour was informative, the visit to the Arizona moving and heartbreaking and the Missouri (once we actually got there, the bridge to Ford Island was closed on the first two attempts) fascinating. Our guide was knowledgeable but for some reason felt he had to shout into the mic, which I found unpleasant and uncomfortable.

We were not given enough time at the USS Arizona to take the boat to the memorial. We needed at least one more hour than was allotted. The tour to the USS Missouri was excellent, but the remaining part of the tour to the palace was just okay. We would have preferred that time was used to see the Arizona memorial.

Awesome 9 hour tour. Will was great. He explained the process that we had to go through to see the USS Arizona Memorial. Everyone on our bus got ample time to see the memorial as well as a tour on the USS Missouri. After seeing both areas he took us to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific which was also so amazing and great views of Honolulu. He showed us and told us other highlights on the island. We really enjoyed the tour. He was prompt picking us up at our designated location.

Great tour i was born n raised in Hawaii and never did this tour. We had a friend visiting that wanted to do this tour and it was great i would do it agin. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable answered all the questions people asked. Lots of walking so be prepared with good comfortable shoes. The food trucks there are good as well to eat.
