I have no memories because they cancelled the trip the day of. They said they would take me the next day. Unfortunately I was not in Hoi An the next day.

Beware of False Reservations and Lost Money

We booked a bike ride tour for our family. The company offering the tour called us to reschedule, which we did for later the same day. They then called back and canceled, we were supposed to get a full refund. This was in May 2023. I have emailed Viator multiple times and asked for someone to contact me back via email or phone, I only get animated replies that say no refund is possible. My account also says that we took this trip when we did not. It was $107USD stolen. They have a complete lack of communication. Follow up. And customer service. They will keep your money even if you don't get the service.

Informational and beautiful countrysides

For my wife and I, this was one of the best ways to experience Hoi An. David, our instructor, was super helpful in instructing us where to meet. He was super patient with us navigating local traffic on bikes. He provided so much history in each village and even was flexible enough to take us to the pottery village which wasn’t on our original itinerary. Riding the bike was the best way to see the beautiful countryside. My wife and I will cherish build the straw mat and take home the clay pot that we made. The Vietnamese food in the coconut village was delicious and a great reward after biking between the villages. Would highly recommend this excursion to anyone that wants to experience different sides of Hoi An.

가이드와 함께 호이안 시내부터 로컬 시골 마을들을 자전거타고 투어하는 프로그램입니다, 차례로 목수의 집에서 목각체험, sleeping mat 만들기 체험, 바나나보트타기, 쌀국수면? 만들기 체험하고, 만든걸로 식사도 할 수 있었습니다. 마을과 풍경도 예뻐서 지루하지 않았고, 무엇보다 가이드 Tham씨 영어도 잘하고 너무너무 친절하고 좋았어요! 오후 1시반에 시작해서 5시반까 총 4시간 소요되었구요 ,자전거는 초보인 저도 타볼만 했어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 날씨는 더웠지만 재미있는 경험이었고 돈이 아깝지 않았습니다!
