The driver felt asleep several times while driving 4 people in the car. He did not speak EN and I asked and payed for an EN speaking driver.

A very scenic road journey from Hue to Hoi An via the Hai Van pass. Our driver, Bong, was kind and tried to be helpful but sadly spoke very little English as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed our stops for coffee at Lang Co beach, the summit of the Hai Van pass, the Cham museum and the Marble mountain in Danang but needless to say we were unable to learn as much as we would have liked.

Our driver was mean as! Totally good bloke, took us to all the things we wanted to do, no dramas skipping the stuff we didn't want to do. He was punctual and friendly, and we left our packs and valuables with him whilst on many excursions throughout our trip with complete confidence. Legend.

Was promised English speaking driver which was not the case and made communication very difficult to ask questions throughout the trip Also small point but was not offered any water as promised.

Very comformtable, we set the time we wanted to leave Hoi An and enjoyed the trip. Marble mountain was a very nice surprise. The museum in Da Nang might be not worth it.

I can't recommend this as a way of getting from HoiAn to Hue, highly enough. The car arrived promptly on time and the driver was courteous and pointed out landmarks as we drove. He was happy to stop if we wanted to take a photo, and we opted out of one stop. We enjoyed our stop at Marble Mountain, but it was only 40 minutes and could have been longer.
At no stage did we worry that the driver might take off with our luggage, and he spoke very little English, but attempted to talk to us when we asked him questions. I would happily recommend this option of travel!

The driver was very careful and took his time getting us from Hoi An to Hue. We had requested an English speaking driver but because we booked the night before departure, the agency was unable to provide a driver who could speak English. The restaurant where we stopped for lunch catered to large your groups and was overpriced. Otherwise, the trip was fine.

Very careful driver, very friendly. He showed us lots of things, and even made us taste a GREAT local dish in a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant on our lunch break. Would very much recommend.
