Such a fun and unique experience! The distillery tour was super interesting and the team explained everything clearly. The best part was creating my own gin with different botanicals — it felt personal and exciting. Great cocktails, great vibes, and a beautiful relaxing garden to enjoy after. I joined the “Make Your Own Gin Experience” with my colleagues and it was such a fun and unique activity in Saigon. The workshop was very well organized and easy to follow, even for beginners. We loved choosing botanicals and making our own gin step by step. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. The distillery space is beautiful, and having cocktails in the garden after was the perfect ending. Highly recommended for friends or company groups looking for something different, interactive, and memorable!

Great Lesson In Gin Making

Kevin is the host and he is friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable about gin making and botanicals. The venue is beautiful and it’s interesting to be at the distillery and to hear how the business developed. The gin making room is modern with some retro features and everything is set up for you. You are guided through the process and have the opportunity to ask questions as you create your own gin. The lesson runs at a nice pace and is not rushed. I’d suggest you eat breakfast because there are cocktails to be drunk and different gins to sample. All very tasty and different. The packaging of the products is beautiful and it’s very satisfying to take home your own gin. A great afternoon - thank you, Kevin.❤️

Great workshop

Went for a family birthday. Had a warm welcome and tour of the distillery but the head distiller. Then spent a few hours making our own personal gins from scratch. Great to have 2 cocktails included to try their gins while we go the workshop. Highly recommend doing this fun activity.

I joined the Make Your Own Gin experience at Saigon Baigur Gin's Distillery with my friends and absolutely loved it. We learned about gin and local botanicals, then created our own personalized gin using beautiful copper stills. The space is stylish, the team is friendly and informative, and the whole experience feels relaxed and hands-on. Taking home a custom-made bottle at the end was the perfect touch. Best afternoon activity for spirit lovers!

I rarely write reviews but here I feel like I really need to! This was just great! The visit itself was kind of short but super interesting and the Saigon Baigur team really took their time - it’s so nice not to feel rushed and to have people actually take the time to answer all the questions (I work in the bar industry so I had LOTS of questions). Of course, what I was most interested in was the actual Gin-making and that was way cooler than I expected. It’s actually a real distillation, allowing you to really make your own stuff. So much fun. I wish I lived here just to be able to come back a few times and create a gin for every special occasion or gift! Thanks to Master Phu and the guide, this was just awesome!

It was a truly fascinating experience to see how gin is made, especially with the unique opportunity to personalize and create my own gin at the end of the tour. I had never done anything like this before, and there’s something quite delightful about sipping the gin at home and sharing it with my husband afterward. Even the journey to the distillery was part of the experience—traveling by water taxi and then continuing by car offered me a completely different perspective of Saigon, a city I’ve lived in for years. Saigon Baigur gin really feels like a signature of the city. The team pays great attention to detail, and Phu, the master distiller, was incredibly attentive and patient in answering my questions, as well as those from other guests. The exterior of the distillery evokes a strong sense of nostalgia, while the interior is surprisingly spacious, with equipment that feels impressively serious—perhaps because my only prior experiences were highly commercial whiskey or champagne tastings during my travels in Europe. I’m planning to book this experience for my management team as well. The atmosphere is both relaxing and focused, making it a great option for team building or bonding—an inspiring alternative to conventional office sessions or typical beer-drinking outings.

Fantastic gin making session

Great time making my own gin. Phu the host was very helpful and informative and showed us the entire process of gin production. Afterwards we sat down and made our own gin using a small distilling machine. Very nice to end the tour at a bar in a beautiful garden with some free drinks.
