Guided by a local coffee specialist, you’ll explore how traditional Vietnamese coffee—especially phin-brewed beans—is transformed into innovative cocktails through modern mixology techniques. Rather than simply tasting drinks, you’ll craft two unique cocktails yourself, experimenting with flavors such as cascara tea, jackfruit, and coffee blossom honey.
