I will use this service anytime flying into new country. Representative was waiting for me shortly after I got off plane. She led me to priority line and called my ride to coordinate pick up spot while I was going through immigration. Could not have been smoother.

An excellent service and highly recommended. Streamlined the customs/immigration process and we were able to divert around the long the lines of people waiting. A standard 90-min process took 15mins. Highly recommended

Excellent service! I was greeted by 2 very friendly and helpful team members and they expertly guided me through the airport. I saw the huge lines and was worried. But these 2 awesome professionals guided me through all the processes and even took me directly to the airport lounge. These 2 are incredible!!! 10 Stars!!!!

I transited Ho Chi Min immigration in 2025 and stood in line for 2.5 hours then terminal entry bag inspection for 1.2 hours. I read about Viator fast pass and used it this week with my daughter. Immigration took 3 minutes. Terminal bag inspection took 1 minute. The standard immigration entry lines were still as before - 1-2 hour wait as we walked past them with the Viator representative . I rate the service 100%. We used Viator on the return journey and experienced the same 1-2 minute service from the domestic flight from Phu Quoc back to the Singapore Airline check in. I love this service. The small amount of money paid to not stand in line for hours after a full days travel from Adelaide to Vietnam does not enter the equation. Full marks for the very friendly service.

Not sure what could have made it any better as the airport was very busy and even the lines for Fast Track were quite busy. I got out of the airport in under one hour and my guide helped me find my driver so over all it was a very good service, highly recommend.

I booked the one with check in assistance. This is really not helpful and doesn't speed up the process. She pointed to the line and said I'll meet you after. The escort through immigration and security is helpful and fast and all you need.

The service was helpful in getting through the immigration but the hostess disappeared once we passed immigration. We were ent to check-in on our own too, so the service provided was just from past check-in to the entrance of the immigration. We waited a while after immigration for the lady and messaged her but didn’t hear back so went to find our gate on our own. Just be aware although the service if helpful, it isn’t as from pre-check in to the gate. Would still recommend it as it is helpful in cutting queuing time and the manager was also very friendly and helpful in accommodating our early arrival.

This service was definitely helpful in cutting the time as it makes you skip the regular long immigration line. However make sure you ask which line to join as it isn’t obvious and we ended up queuing in the wrong one. On another note, the hostess disappeared while we were waiting to get through immigration and was taking care of another group who had arrived on the same flight so be aware this is not a private service and only includes being guided from the arrival area when you disembark the plane to the immigration point not through immigration or after.

We were greeted right as we exited our flight, and the representative escorted us directly to immigration. In only 7 minutes, we were through immigration and waiting for our bags. Via WhatsApp communication the day prior, a coordinator had reached out to confirm service and offered to arrange transportation for us as well. So the airport representative waited with us until all checked luggage was in hand and then escorted us to a waiting vehicle. It gave us comfort and confidence to have someone with us every moment in the airport. The experience was as smooth and pleasant as could be.

This is my first time using Viator and I highly recommend it to everyone. While everyone else was lining up for immigration I was escorted through the diplomatic line, to baggage claim. The wonderful host, in her beautiful traditional ao dai, even helped me setting up my phone to get the airport wifi and then schedule a car service with the Grab app on my phone and then escorted me out of the airport and all the way to the car. The entire experience for my first time to Vietnam was completely stress free.

The system worked well in that my name was listed and a lovely lady took us through to the cordoned off fast track area but tben was gone. It's just a shorter queue, but it seemed a lot of other people did fast track this day, so we still waited a fair while... about 40 minutes. It was still quicker than the other lines. It was also a bit confusing as to which line to join, so ask the guide before they send you through. It all happens very quickly. I would still do it again.

Well worth it. We were met on arrival, ushered through immigration with zero wait, ushered to luggage collection, and escorted to our Grab transport. The agent was a huge help with obtaining the Grab, talking to the driver and ensuring we were safely in the right vehicle, and on our way.

I expected a lot more as I’ve used this service in airports around the world Upon finding the young lady with my name on a sign, she walked 4 feet had the security guy open access pointed me to these four very long lineup and turned around and left The lineup in the priority was longer than the normal lineup. One had asked themselves why I paid a fee to stand in a longer lineup not impressed.

The booking experience said they would meet you at the gate. Not the case that's kind Okay but th reason I choose this service over another cheaper one was they meet you at they gate. Everyone meets you in the same location. Just book the cheaper one. The staff member that met us could not have been less interested and pointed us towards a reasonably long wheelchair line, It was a customs staff member that moved us to an other shorter but still longer line. The crew line was moving a lot faster and staff selectively bringing people to it. Not sure I would use again unless travelling with someone impaired.
