Overview

Visit Elounda and ride a boat to Spinalonga Island on this day trip. Travel to Elounda and cruise to Spinalonga in Mirabello Bay, where a Venetian fortress and old village once housed a leper colony. Explore the ruins where lepers were confined, and enjoy a swim and barbecue lunch. After docking back at Elounda, drive to Agios Nikolaos’ to see its harbor and reputedly bottomless lake. Poppy the tour guide was very knowledgable, she provided an interesting tour of Spinalonga & was very approachable & happy to answer questions. Swimming in the bay after was very welcome to cool down & the BBQ lunch after was nostimo 👌🏻 definitely recommend.

Amazing day! Everyone was so friendly! The boat wasn’t over sold so it was comfortable and not too busy. The tour guide was great, lots of information. The food was incredible, was surprised at how much we got included with a drink with lunch also! Lots of time to swim and explore the beach if swimming isn’t your preference! Great value for money with transfer from hotels to the tour boat too, would 100% recommend!

Excellent guide in the spinalonga tour, he was so knowledgeable and interesting. Boat trip to secluded bay that was very busy. .nice bbq lunch. We stopped at agios Nikolaos and had chance for a spot of shopping. Shame we had no time in elounda

The operator cancelled the tour because of a lack of English speaking guests and then offered a tour the following week long after we were gone. We just went there by ourselves and hope our refund is processed soon.
