Now this is what I except when booking a city tour! We were a small group, allowing a very individual your, since we were able to ask all sorts of questions. Arto is a passionate your guide, making the tour interesting, varied and customer to his customers. Arto’s disarming character teamed with his human-scaled knowledge of his beloved Helsinki sets the tone for one of the most informative, humorous and friendly walking tours we’ve ever been on. Our discussion about all things political, social and environmental were eagerly encouraged by Arto as we wound our way around Helsinki. The usual tourist-like attractions were pointed out but the greatest feature of the tour was Arto himself. He is an exceptional guide and explains Finland’s place in the world through enlightened eyes.
