Excellent experience, easy to set up and very fun. The driver was friendly and professional. It was nice to have the prepurchased tickets and we quickly entered both venues without hassle. Going to the ice park at dusk was fun as we could see with and without lights. It was exciting as the sculptures began to light up, and they were very impressive. Also the crowd was much greater as l the sun fully set at 1600 so arriving at 1500 felt not as crowded.

Just what we needed as did not feel the need for a guide. All the sights can be explored and enjoyed visually at your own pace.
Driver was on time and flexible to our needs. Was able to stay connected through out the day with WeChat.
Tickets were arranged in advance so was stress free.

Friendly and helpful driver. No English, so we didn't get any detail, but no problem getting around and the translator app was great.

Thank for your reviews so much, sorry for the driver does not speak any English, it is hard to speak English in Harbin, a few people can speak good English in Harbin, we do not have international company in Harbin, private tour for international guests who speaking English only in winter time two months , so it is not easy for language improve, but still try to train our driver . currently our driver only can use phone translator with visitors, thank you for your understanding so much. take care Samantha

The driver knew what he was doing and got us where we wanted with no dramas. We had a Chinese speaker in our party, which helped a lot. The drivers are not tour guides and their English is often rudimentary. Our driver Sigang Chen was friendly and chatty in Chinese. He helped us with tickets and gaining access to sites and was ready when we needed him.

Harbin is a remote big city in Northeast China. People do not speak English, only special jobs people speak English, but only a few people speaking English well. Our team of drivers only speak basic English, and English tour guides speak fluent English. They are all highly educated and majoring in English.

It was OK the only problem the Chinese driver did not speak English that proved to be an issue.
Google translation can be a bit tiring all day

Thank for your feedback, sorry for that you felt a bit tiring about phone Google translation. situation in Harbin, almost no people speak English, only special jobs, like English speaking tour guide, must speaking English, for car drivers they speak base level English, during tour if they talk to you, they all use phone Google translation, so you book the product also is driver use phone translation talk, and we are working on improve drivers speaking English day by day. if you can come to Harbin again, you can book our English-speaking tour guide service. This was one of the best experiences we have seen.
The car driver was great he had the language App so communication was easy.
I would recommend this trip to anybody especially the Tiger park.The Ice and Snow sculptures were amazing.

We had an incredible day! Mr. Wong picked us up on time and drove us to all of the attractions we were interested in visiting. He accompanied us through the Sun Island snow sculpture exhibit, which was incredibly nice. He was able to communicate with the people who worked there for us, which led to us deciding to participate in the tubing there which we otherwise would not have if we hadn't known it was free. We also really enjoyed him accompanying us through the Ice and Snow World. He was always willing to take pictures of us together and he even would go as far as to ask people to move so that they wouldn't be in the way of our picture. Mr. Wong was incredibly kind and a pleasure to talk to. He really made the day a great experience. Also, the Ice and Snow Festival was one of the most incredible experiences of our lives and was the highlight of our trip to China! We would definitely recommend this service!
