- Seniors aged 65 and above may be eligible for limited free entry or discounted tickets on-site upon presentation of a passport.
- The ticket is valid for a single entry. Re-entry requires a new ticket.
- Children who will take the Super Ice Slide must meet both of the following criteria: must be over 15 years of age and have a minimum height of 160cm (5.25 ft).
- The Super Ice Slide is not permitted for visitors aged 61 and above.
- We recommend carrying a portable power bank, as cold weather drains battery life quickly.
- This is a pre-booking service. We will send the confirmations upon issuance.

Fantástica e única experiência. É algo mágico conhecer essa cidade de gelo. É muito grande. Recomendo chegar antes de anoitecer e ficar até fechar à noite, pois com a iluminação fica ainda mais especial. Precisa de muito tempo para conhecer e vai depender de estar muito bem agasalhado e da resistência ao frio. Tem locais para se aquecer. A compra dos ingressos pela Viator funcionou super bem. O suporte dado foi muito bom.
