- Pants: leathers, fur, fluffy,cotton-paddled trousers
- Shoes: snow shoes, boots, inside with fur, antislip, but also need walking slowly and careful on ice road.

- Middle layer, you need to wear layer before the heavy coat(down coat or cotten-paddle coat)
- Thermal underwear- the layer you put on first before our heavy trousers

- We will leave your clothes at the hotel reception desk or with the concierge under your name, you can ask them there is a bag for you. Bag is black with your name tag.
- When you leave, please leave the bag at the hotel reception desk or with the concierge with our name and phone. No worry it is free leave there.
- You should wear warm hat and scarf, if you do not have, you can rental from us too.

Perfect from head to toe. We stayed so warm and comfortable while walking around Harbin in Feb. The transaction is super easy as they delivered to our hotel and picked up the clothes from the concierge after. We had a hat, neck scarf, coat, pants, gloves, & boots, which fit great. We would rent again when in Harbin in Winter.

When we arrived in Harbin our clothing was waiting for us at the hotel and everything fit perfectly!
We hired boots, pants, long coat, gloves and neck warmers and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to layer and move around in.
A cold wave came through getting to -34 degrees and we are so relieved we decided to rent from Samantha! Nothing we brought from home would be warm enough and this meant we were comfortable and able to enjoy our entire trip. I was very stressed about buying the right clothing in advance and packing it all, and this meant I did not need to worry at all. We highly recommend this service!

Harbin is minus 21 degrees currently and I can’t tell you how relieved and warm we are thanks to Samantha and her wonderful service of clothes rental. We hired boots, pants, gloves and long coats for our 6 day stay. If it wasn’t for these clothes we would be freezing and unhappy.
Samantha was also so obliging and helpful in sorting out boots for my husband. She had to go back and forth to her supplies 3 times until a boot fitted my husbands (difficult) foot.
Don’t try and bring your clothing - it simply won’t be warm enough. Use this service.
Also, the clothes and shoes are new or near new. Plus spotlessly clean.
