Our tour in Harbin was a really nice experience. We had VIP tickets for Ice and Snow World, which let us skip the lines — definitely worth it. The Ice Festival was magical to see in person, and the slide was super fun. Our driver was good and professional, and our guide Samantha was friendly, very knowledgeable, and her English was perfect. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable tour and a great way to experience the festival without dealing with long lines.
