Friendly greeting and an outstanding experience today. A short Uber ride from the center of town. Luis our host and sommelier gave a great introduction to the winemaker and current offerings. The food was delicious and emphasized local products. The wines paired perfectly with our ceviche, beef and dessert. Dietary restrictions were asked and modifications made easily.
Highly recommended for an excellent wine and food pairing. We purchased wine as we don’t have access to these wines in the US.

This was my very first dining experience upon arrival in Ecuador. I had a fantastic experience learning about the country's relatively new wine industry. The quality of each offering was excellent and paired well with the delicious 3- course meal. I came on Valentine's Day and there was a special menu, but I'm coming back to try their standard menu as well. Highly recommend this experience for anyone who likes good wine and good food.

An exceptional experience with local wine and food. Also learned the history of winemaking in Ecuador. The food that was served for the wine pairings - ceviche and beef - were simply delicious. The wines were unique and terrific as well. We highly recommend this experience to all that love wine and love good food.

We bought some wines to take home as souvenir, because direct from producer, BUT...were disappointed to see (some) tasted wine in oppodite supermarket with massive lower prices; more than 40% cheaper!!!!!

The tasting room was gorgeous and classy. I am not a foodie by any means but the food was delicious. I don’t love ceviche , but I’m still thinking about the 5 star ceviche that I was served. The sommelier was so nice and taught me so much. I’ve wine tasted all over the world, but he took the time to teach me new tips. I would go back everyday! 10/10 recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the venue and the five star class of service and courteousness by all- especially the Somelie!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The experience was quite and impeccable one by not only his presentation but the wine pairing with the Michelin rating 3-course meal served! We thought we would be getting serving sizes for sampling; however, this was a full course meal with full size servings of each glass of wine! The ceviche is one of my favorite dishes; however, this is the best Shrimp Ceviche's I've ever had in the world!!!!🍤🍷🥩🍷

What an incredible experience. This small boutique winery and its restaurant are changing the way people look at wine. The chef is incredible and has some absolutely spectacular twists to classic Ecuadorian foods. The wine is paired perfectly and the sommelier is captivating with his stories and understanding of each wine produced. I only wish I had a second stomach as the food was so plentiful and beautifully presented. A perfect start to our trip through Ecuador.

We had time to kill in Guayaquil and are wine lovers, so were pleasantly surprised to discover this experience. The restaurant is very nice and the food was delicious. The host was knowledgable about the Ecuadorian wine landscape, and it was fun to try wine from the region. The experience was also great for the price point. Would highly recommend!

Delicious food and wine in a very clean, modern environment! Dinner included 3 courses: seafood cevichce appetizer, steak and grilled vegetable entre, and chocolate mousse dessert. Each paired with a yummy Ecuadorian wine! Problem: This restaurant is hard to find. The taxi system in Guayaquil is poor. It took 2 "safe" taxi drivers hailed from 2 top-tier hotels more than 2 hours to find this place. Thankfully, our very gracious host Ricardo kindly held our table and kept the place open for us. Tip: Ask a fine hotel concierge to tell the taxi driver that the restaurant is across the street from the SuperMaxi supermarket in Urdesa (neighborhood). THEN: Type the actual street address into GoogleMaps on YOUR cellphone, and hand your phone to the driver. If not, the driver may take you to the old/closed location on the wrong side of town -OR- the driver may drop you off at a similar-but-wrong address that is a 9-minute walk away from the restaurant.

My wife and I somewhat skeptical of the state of the Ecuadoran wine industry, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The three courses, ceviche, sirloin w/ vegetables, and mousse all were excellent as were the parings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a most enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

A nice introduction to EcuadorIan wines - very educational. The paired foods were excellent - we could eat no more! Our host was genial and very knowledgeable regarding the challenges of growing wine grapes in Ecuador.

Das Tasting findet in einer tollen Location statt. Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Zu den sehr guten Weinen gab es auch ein sehr gutes Drei-Gänge Menü (es war das beste Menü, welches wie im ganzen Urlaub hatten). Uns wurde sehr viel zum Weingut selber und zu den Weinen erklärt. Einige Weine gibt es nicht im Online Handel, daher haben wir auch gerne zugeschlagen :) Auch war es möglich, das Tasting zu einer Wunschuhrzeit zu starten und nach dem Tasting länger zu bleiben.
