Incredible experience! As a bean-to-bar hobby chocolatier I learned a lot to improve in my chocolate and I am sure this would be a hit for anyone whether they have any experience with chocolate or none. We stopped at several very local food markets in the way to learn about buying crabs and vegetables from the people who harvest them, cooked together, toured the farm and had a fantastic time. All booked in less then 12 hours notice as well. Perfection!
