Worst excursion we have ever been on. Nothing like advertised. We never stopped at Tejeda or viewing point at Roque nublo( as advertised ). We spent 15 minutes in Firgas less than half the time advertised .never stopped at Tunte either. No acknowledgment or apology from our elderly guide Jose Antonio . 6 1/2 hours sitting on a coach listening to incoherent ramblings from our guide who told us the same things repeatedly . Our longest stop was for lunch which took 75 minutes at a roadside cafe . Our other longest stop was standing behind an alo Vera shop next to a petrol station trying to be sold alo Vera products from the adjacent plantation . Our last stop at fataga was pointless as we were allocated 10 minutes barely time to get of the coach in the middle of a street . We were really looking forward to this trip as being a highlight of our holiday but it ended a complete waste of a day stuck on a coach . I hope the company involved reviews why this was allowed to happen yesterday ( 28/01/26). We couldn't wait to get off the coach . A miserable day at a cost of € 95 euros each . I would avoid this trip unless you want to spend most of your day sitting in a coach !

Excellent tour with stops in some on Gran Canaria’s most picturesque little villages and towns. Firgas in particular is a beautiful spot and I would have liked to spend a bit longer than 20 minutes there. Lunch was very good and gave me an opportunity to interact with fellow tourists. Tour guide Carmelo was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; and our driver Jesus was amazing as he navigated us safely through the somewhat scary mountain roads! The route through the inland regions also offered some brilliant photo opportunities. Overall, the tour was excellent value for money and a great day out exploring this wonderful island.

An excellent trip. The driver and guide were both very good. Lots of information given throughout the tour. Stopped at many locations albeit for quite short periods. It’s quite a long day but worth it to see the island. Overall a great day out and would recommend to others.

Positive points: we visited nice places and villages. Out guide Carmelo gave a lot of insightful information about the places we visited and the places we passed through. Our driver Jesús navigated the coach bus with ease through the narrow and windy mountain roads. We also liked the aloe vera plantation visit.
Downsides: we spent most of the time in the bus, a big coach means a lot of people, losing time loading and unloading. The time to visit each location felt often a bit rushed. If we would do it over, we would go for a tour with a minibus.

On the whole, an enjoyable trip but some aspects let this trip down. There was some stops that were purely get off the coach, walk down to a place, take a photo and back to the coach. There could have been less stops, more information and more purpose to the stop. We loved the Aloe Vera stops the staff were very knowledgeable and the whole family enjoyed this.
The trip chosen was an English speaking tour, but we were on a coach with several nationalities and therefore had to listen to three different languages which we felt may have taken away from the tour guide being able to provide more in depth information about the island and locations visited. The tour guide was very nice and organised however.

Really enjoyable day out. We were lucky that the weather was great, sunny all day and views phenomenal. Very windy roads but the driver (Jesus,) was awesome. Carmello (?), guide was informative and spoke well (and showed sense of humour). It was a long day but brilliant opportunity to see less touristic side of the island.

Nelson at the eatingplace was extremely rude and unprofessional. He and with his staff destroyed the whole experience. Salad was bad too.

A full day tour round quite a lot of the island including towns like Firgas with a lovely water feature. Also stops at a cave house and stops with amazing views.

Driving around the mountains was super and the lunch stop was excellent. However, I wouldn't say this was a VIP trip. A VIP trip to me is a very small group, whereas this was a coach full, where the air-con wasn't the best in the world. We requested an English tour, but the coach had 3+ more different languages. The guide tried his best to cater for all, but the speaker volume wasn't loud enough, so we missed a lot of what he was saying.

No delays or waiting around. Good itinerary with excellent stops. Lunch excellent. Scenery marvellous. Well informed by tour guide. Offered a seat at the front after having chosen one half way down the coach. All stops were interesting places. Very informative and well organised, thank you for a lovely day out!

We were very disappointed with yesterday's trip compared to a similar trip we did with you a few years ago.
1. Too many stops and not enough time at each place.
2. The pick up was a shambles, people getting on/off and it was a good 1.5 hrs before the actual trip got going .
3. This was advertised as a VIP trip but it didn't feel like it. We were told on the way back we would be taken to our hotel but when in Puerto rico were refused this saying the bus couldn't make it up the hill. This is untrue as a full sized jet 2 bus can make it. They just wanted to get rid of us ASAP!!!
Also 2 stops at Anfi within a few yards of each other !!! Yet we got refused a drop off at our hotel. Why couldn't the bus drop the Anfi people at the entrance. It seems to me the Anfi people were the only ones getting VIP treatment. We certainly didn't. In all the confusion of swapping buses I lost my expensive sunglasses .

The scenery was amazing.
Lunch stop was very good and reasonably priced.
The only down side was the unnecessary stop at the Aloe Vera factory on the way back to the resort.

I booked online and went on the day, went to my pick up station arrive fairly on time and went around the island in a tour bus. There was air conditioning and clean seats. I booked vip which actually is not needed( waste of money ) otherwise all was good, toilet facilities where at certain stops it would be great to carry children that are able to walk.

With an excellent guide and driver, I got a full day in the northern parts of the Island.It was very cold at the mountain, so I recommend warm clothes.I saw another part than sandy beachen, and it was well spend money.
