We arrived at 09:30 and queued for an hour to get to the front of the queue only then to be told we had to wait another hour for our ride.
When the ride finally came, the 'guide' leading the camels spent the entire time on his phone whilst we were walked at an unbearably slow pace. It would have been much better to have had some information about the camels and the dunes.
The staff were friendly and facilities clean.
Whilst the camels do seem well cared for, they are wearing metal muzzles which dont look great at all.
Overall I would say this is not at all worth it.

The camels are really nice and the staff friendly! Our Camel was called Daniel.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The camels did really well to make the journey smooth even though my son was nervous.

Great experience. Would have been even better if the camels were equipped with proper harnesses as would any horse. Instead, they had handmade rope harnesses and metal muzzles. It seemed uncomfortable for the camels.

Amazing experience!! Loved every minute of it, camels were very well looked after and the tour guides were extremely nice:) sand dunes were beautiful, had a lovely time.

Vorher online buchen ist günstiger, damit man nicht unverrichteter Dinge wieder gehen muss. Leider mussten wir trotzdem noch 1,5 Stunden warten, bevor wir dran kamen. Buchung mit Zeitangabe ist zu empfehlen. Der Kamelritt durch die Dünen war wunderschön und entspannend.

Het telefonisch contact om ons te helpen inschrijven verliep vlot. De afspraken waren correct en de uitstap een mooie ervaring voor onze vrienden. Vriendelijk onthaal + begeleiding bij de kamelentocht.

O passeio foi razoavel, Basicamente foi uma volta rápida pelas dunas. Contudo os camelos parecem maltratados porque têm diferentes marcas e cortes nas pernas, e o equipamento que levavam parecia ser nocivo à sua saúde, com açaimes feitos de metal que se espetavam no nariz dos animais! Não voltaria a reservar pelo que vi em relação aos animais

Fue una experiencia totalmente recomendable. El paisaje fue espectacular por las dunas.
Los camellos estaban en buen estado y el personal fue muy agradable, tanto con todos nosotros como con los animales.
Quizás diría que se hace corto 30 min pero por el precio es idóneo. Aunque alargaron la actividad unos minutos más 😊
