Easy reservation and great communication. Picked us up at hotel on time. Provided small breakfast (free). Staff and pilot were experienced, friendly and supportive. After landing had champagne toast (free) and received balloon flight certificate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We made a last minute...

We made a last minute booking of the balloon ride and paid/received confirmation/tickets. When contacting the organizer it turned out that the flight was already sold out and there were no places available for us. Sadly enough the flight was cancelled due to hard wind so we couldn’t have made the flight after all so we are now waiting for repayment of the tickets.
