The place it's beautiful, choose other company.
This company its' totally misleading adverting a comfort balloon flight (which it's 20 people) then will give you a standard flight (28 people) In our flight the 3rd person next to us would not move even a minute for us to take 1 picture together. He was always at front. in instead of the Champagne that was advertised they supplied bottles with energy drinks (was disgusting,) We used a translating app to see what the bottles had and label was Energy drink
They arrived very late to pick up too.

This sunrise hot air balloon experience was one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life! It was absolutely incredible. My kids enjoyed it thoroughly as well. The pilot was fantastic and very talented. He was able to take us very high, 1000 meters up, and also very low towards the popular Göreme cave hotels where we were able to clearly see people on rooftops waving at us. The landscape in Cappadocia is unlike anything I've ever seen before. Absolutely stunning.
I appreciate Eric from the Guest Relation Department who did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop and responding to my questions very promptly.
Overall, a wonderful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend it!

We boomed and were promised first flight, put on second, and even that was so delayed, picked up at 5:15 am and the balloon was not even there when we reached. Took away the whole morning experience.
