No contact from company. Did not pick us up. Missed out on hotel air balloon ride. Money was already paid. Too long for a refund or to rebook. Was my last day in Cappadocia. Am extremely disappointed.

If what you say is true, we would like to refund your payment. Could you please send us the order code for this? I think there was a mix-up with another company. We did not receive such an order.
