Good content but very poor coordination

1) the long (green) tour should be arranged on the first day. 2) the baloon tour should be on the first day so that if weather is poor, still got chance for the flight on the second day. 3) Too many passenger, approx 24 passenger on the baloon basket. 4) Long Delay and the flight miss the sunrise. 5) Baloon flight delay affect the connecting tour 6) the tour did not complete at 5:20pm as promosed on the second day.
