They cancelled on us the night before

Cancelled on us the late evening prior.. said that the camels could not go out when it was going to be that cold. The weather was going to be warmer then it was the previous day when we went out in a hot air balloon.. They offered a 10am with no balloon view for the same dollar amount. We disagreed, so it was cancelled & refunded. We were highly disappointed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of 9 AM. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I attempted to contact the tour operator but received no response. After waiting for 30 minutes, I requested a refund and thankfully received it. Overall, this tour operator proved to be quite unreliable. Would not recommend.

I booked this well in advance. the day before they told me they couldn't do the sunrise because it was too cold. They offered to do a sunset tour. I agreed. Then they said they couldn't pick me up because it was too far and I needed to get my own transportation to them Even though the tour was paid and included hotel pick up

Great experience! Beautiful scenery... The driver for pick up very well. But everything is made perfect by the kindness of the 2 guides (friendly, propose to take pictures, benevolent ). I recommend this human adventure ++ =)

Look for a camel ride that is not in town

We were not expecting half the ride to be through the town before getting to an unpaved road. Also, on the way back, our guide got on the camel I was riding and did a portion of the ride sitting just behind me. Very disappointed by this ride!

Camels smell really bad

This company Qx Travel you should not trust, the camel ride was horrible, and the smell in the camels was horrible too. The customer service was not a great experience, they also offer me the balloon ride and it was canceled, after a month the owner never return the money back to us is was 450 euros for 3 people and he was telling me, sure money going back, the bank is taking long and keep lying to us, so I decided to make claim to the bank.

We really enjoyed our camel ride, it was everything we thought it will be. Our personable guide led us to the breathtaking vistas, offered to take pictures, even made a video with music background. I would definitely do it again if we were to be back in Goreme. It truely was an amazing experience.

Le jour j il y a eu de la pluie donc activité reporté au lendemain même heure. Sauf que le lendemain nous attendons à l’hôtel sans aucunes réponses de leur part je leurs ai écrit pour savoir ce qu’il en était et là ils me disent que la balade n’est pas pas possible. Alors qu’il faisait grand beau et que nous sommes passer devant Le safari à chameau et nous avons vu la voiture Pick op qui était censée nous récupérer. Donc je pense que niveau foutage de gueule là on ne peut pas faire mieux. J’ai quand même était remboursé
