No champagne or breakfast

The balloon ride was amazing. But we booked with champagne and a breakfast and we did not get any champagne or any breakfast. If you don’t care about this the balloon ride is amazing, but if you won’t get the champagne or breakfast.

Dear Guest, In normally, light breakfast and champagne service are included and they are complimentary services. But, The government is limitation these type activities in sometimes and that is changing weekly or monthly. That is about the COVID-19 pandemic measures of government. Your this review could be right for normal days. On these days, pandemic measures are more important than a light breakfast or a glass of champagne. Thank you so much for your understanding.
