Very disappointing . Half of the ride taken up by them taking dozens of photos of every individual. Very uncomfortable wide saddles. Driver who picked up/dropped off passengers drove ridiculously fast/dangerously.

This was such a fun experience. It was a small group of 4 of us and was such a great time! The staff were wonderful and very attentive. There were 4 camels and 3 staff member. We went through Pigeon Valley and stopped for beautifully stunning photos and videos at sunset. The landscape was stunning! This was a great experience and would highly recommend. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience.

So much fun and unique!! The ride was primarily about the sunset photo. The guide took his time and helped us get fabulous photo memories of riding a camel in magical Cappadocia.

I’ve bought a sunset ride for two but they added us into the mid-afternoon ride instead. My camel ride tour ended by 3:30PM, with the sun burning hot! The most frustrating part is that, they start sending you crazy early pick up time a few hours before and doubled checked with the tour operator as I considered the pickup time too early for a Sunset tour (2PM) but they confirmed that would be a Sunset ride and that the official riding tour would only start by 3:30-4:30PM. Which sure didn’t happen. DO NOT BUY IT! Waiting for my refund or Better Business Bureau it is for both Viator and the worst ever camel ride company.
Also important to know that every single of their camel are in bad looking shape, wounded, sick (one of them was coughing the entire ride) and smell pretty bad. Plus, if the camels don’t follow their guidance, they hit their faces badly.

The tour itself was a great experience, the guides were very friendly and accommodating to us. They even took a drone video of the group which was available for purchase after.
The ride itself was just long enough to get a little taste of the cappadoccia landscape while enjoying the experience of riding a camel
I would have given this 5 stars but took 1 star off because the title of the tour has "sunset" which gave me the impression that it would be at sunset. The tour was at around 4:30pm and the sun was still high in the sky. I get that they can't all be at exactly sunset but it really shouldn't be advertised as sunset if you aren't going to have all groups going at that time.

We booked a sunset camel ride in Cappadocia through Viator, but upon arrival, we were told it had been double-booked and were offered a daytime ride instead. This bait-and-switch is unacceptable. Communication was poor, with no helpful response from Viator or the onsite operator despite reaching out. The operator was dismissive and uncooperative, showing no accountability. This reflects badly on both Viator and the operator. We demand immediate action, whether through a full refund or proper compensation, as this mishandling has ruined a key part of our trip. Please address this issue promptly.

I must say out of all of our tours in Cappadocia, this was the most disappointing. First, the two days before our tour, Mete, confirmed our booking of the sunrise Camel tour, however, the day before he switched us to a 7:30 am tour. Mind you the sunrise tour was $20 USD more than the other tours and we weren't refunded the $20. Very poor business accument to not reimburse the customer for a change that YOU, the company changed.
Secondly, the tour itself was very bland. No explanation of what we would be doing or where we would be going. The tour guide just put us on the camel and starting walking.
My wife, was very disappointed in this tour. She expected more from it.
I would not recommend this tour to anyone.

Pros: It was a small group of 6 people, so we got to chat a bit with the other people in the group. The guide didn't say much about the landscape during the camel ride but offered to take pictures for us at some point. There was a little girl who took some awesome drone videos available for purchase for an extra 15 EUR. Camels were friendly and cute. The view along the way was beautiful.
Cons: We were told the driver will pick us up at 3PM, the tour started around 3:30PM, so actually during day time rather than sunset. Although the booking time says the tour starts at 4:30PM, since it started an hour earlier, we ended the tour around 4:50PM. Needless to say it was very hot during the entire ride, I wonder if it would've been a little cooler if we started later. The driver aren't available after we finished our tour, so we had to wait around for another 30 minutes or so until the driver returns with the next group of guests.

What a great experience! The views were beautiful and the people that ran the camel stables were friendly. Everyone had their own little photo shoot at the view point so you have some lovely photos as a momento. Would definitely recommend!!

it was a very simple but nice afternoon tour, great to pair with the hot air balloon ride in the morning. The guide picked me up at my hotel and took me to the area near the red valley where they kept the camels. it was a group of about 10 people, each got on a came and with the guides started marching towards the cannon. it was a slow peaceful ride. once there each rider had a photo session (about 10 min) the camara man was very interactive and tried to get several shots from different angles and backgrounds.
then we marched back. on the way back he made a little movie! with turkish music and everything! the guides were ordinary guys, very nice to talk to and very patient with all of us tourists!

Good tour but the drop off and pick up service was horrible. Our driver was very rude and aggressive towards us and told us to “get out” of his car at the end of the journey. Would not recommend.

ラクダはお尻が痛く、予約も予定より時間が１時間早まってしまい、サンセットに間に合いませんでしたが、ラクダに乗った事のない方は何事にも変えられない貴重な体験だと思います。後悔は絶対にありません。店員は親切です。ラクダにも機嫌が付きもので飼育員も目を光らせてます。乗る前に帽子も吊るしてありますので利用は自由ですが画像に残した時、雰囲気がグッと良くなります。
時間もたっぷりで景色が最高です。サングラスはあった方がいいと思います。また、足が出る様でしたら日差しが強い日はヒリヒリしますので長め靴下か長ズボン履いた方がヒリヒリしません。個人的意見ですが人生で味わえる数少ない夢のような体験でした。一生の思い出です
